Server was asking for only the girls IDs and made comments about us looking too young ? Over inspecting the IDs. Made a comment that I was eating too much ?!? Really awkward for a nice establishment such as this. Made me feel really bad.

I ordered a 1.5 Ribeye medium. Paid $32 for well done piece of shoe leather.

Horrible. The server was cursing and taking shots with the cook. The food came out and it was horribly over salted. I wasted 100$. The atmosphere was near - ghetto. I don't recommend - it used to be a lot better when it was off big spring St - not sure what happened.......

Complimentary Pretzel w/cheese sauce - delicious! We enjoyed the starters - shrimp.crab bites and Brussels - served hot and so tasty!!Dinner - variety ordered - CFS, filet and ribeye - everything cooked as requested and loved the flavor!Enjoyed wine and bar drinks as well!Thank you Steak 42!!

Cute joint with a lot of attention to detail with food and service. Owner was very friendly and welcoming. Met up with friends and had some food and beers, atmosphere was relaxing overall. They played the game on a projector on the building across the street and I thought that was unique.

Had the chicken fried steak last night, it was excellent! You definitely need to go and try. Great service and food came out fast. The drinks are great too!

Called around 3:30pm was informed that they opened at 5pm. Arrived at 5pm and was told they were serving dinner until 6pm due to catering purposes. Very disappointed.

We are traveling from Houston and LOVED this spot! The food was amazing! And the atmosphere and staff were even better, we had a great time, the staff are super accommodating and fun! Thanks for helping make our trip so much fun! If we’re ever back i midland we will come back!
