"STOLEN FROM" I travel a lot, so I go to a lot of subways, but on this particular day, i was hastily asked to pay by a young lady with a tattoo on her (spring) neck when I wasn't done telling other lady what i wanted on my sandwich, I found it odd so I asked for my receipt and low and behold she decided to pick a tip for me stealing 4 dollars and some change from me, the sad thing is I woulda tipped more but now I'll just do this review instead, something tells me this isn't the first time this is happened cause after I asked for a receipt she got nervous and decided to take the trash out, so one star all the way around, I'm blessed with a good job so 4 dollars and some change doesn't hurt the bank but it's still the principal of the matter...

Ordered on the app today 11-12-23. Ordered a beast sandwich xtra meat, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, spinach, black olives, jalapeños, banana peppers loaded up. I got regular meat and lettuce. The two guys working this morning were awesome. We walked in and they said hello. Worked quickly and we're happy to help and not make us feel like a bother. I've never seen them before until recently but it's a refreshing change. Loved the energy and work ethic

I ordered postmates and it came with no sauce and so much dang salt and pepper you could hardly eat it. I had to wipe it off. I ate a bit of it and been sick since. Can’t stay off the toilet. That’s terrible!

I'm gonna be cool with this review, usually I only review places that were rude or really bad service. But this time I wanna start with, I come here like once a week. Never had a problem here before. But this time I ordered a new sandwich on the menu, something different. I can tell this worker girl was young an new, so I'm not making a big deal about it, probably first job. I told the girl in next to her that I wanted "sandwich name" and tell new girl after it's toasted I want everything that comes on it but no tomatoes, it took me like 15 seconds to notice but she put every vegetable but tomatoes on the sandwich.....I'm too nice to ask for remake and she asked "that's okay?" I can't be mean, it's like against my nature. So I left with it, but pulled all vegetables out in the parking lot. Again I don't want her in trouble, but I feel better training and telling the girl what the sandwich is and teaching her how to make them properly would be great. My cousins walked in as I'm leaving and they said she threw everything on there uneven and it looked messy. She's new so I'm not mad, but jeez train the poor girl.

The worst service! The manager was on the phone laughing maybe with a friend, the crew was asking her for everything and she turns really rude and starts to talk very loudly and told they to turns to see some labels they have to see the instructions, and she makes me feel bad because the cashier didn’t charge for an avocado portion but I didn’t know that, and talks to me VERY RUDE, I NEED TO PAY FOR IT, she avoids the first transaction and makes me swipe my card again ? just for be on the phone ?

Two other workers were working really hard to get all their online orders out and helping all the guests inside the store, get their sandwiches done and then the girl at the end of the line was just standing there leaning up against the wall with an attitude like she didn't want to be there. When I got down to the end she rang me up. Didn't say anything the whole time. I asked her if I could have my drink cup and she just handed it to me. The other two workers were very friendly. Very nice they get all the good stars. I sure wish I would have gotten that other girl's name...

Came in to get some food after a workout and Desiree and Jeanette were the sweetest! Best customer service ever. Such genuine and kind hearted people! Will definitely be coming back to see them!
