Location is also a KFC. Absolutely worst fast food service I’ve ever received! Not at all exaggerating! Terrible!! Ordered online at 840…they close at 11. Showed up at 858 and lights off and chairs on the tables. Went to drive thru as the doors were locked where they told me to pull up at the box and when I got to window a very rude worker announced they were out of chicken sandwiches and old fashion bowls. I had already paid mind you. She went to get another worker who tried to come to the window and yell and intimidate me by acting ghetto. They refused to offer anything to substitute saying it’s against their policy. They refused to refund me and said I have to go online and cancel the order. I showed them the app and asked how to do that? They didn’t even look and said “look I don’t know what to tell you but they ain’t got no food and they have stuff to do.” I asked who the manager was and they shut the window. Then they came back while still on the phone and wouldn’t tell me the managers name but said that yes what she had told me was right and could I pull forward bc they have other people to serve. I said I’m not moving until you tell me the managers name! (They planned to just get me out of the way and then leave me sitting.) at this point I was told they were calling “the law.” I hoped somebody would! Thats when they said they didn’t know the managers name…I started to lose my cool about this point and told them wait you said you’re on the phone with them! What’s their name?! I was told the managers name is Judy, but who knows if that’s true. I felt bad for the people behind me for waiting and bc they were about to deal with the same stuff I had. Needless to say I called the 800 number and made an incident report before heading to the midland Dr location that was still lit up with lobby open. Night and day different. Avoid at all costs or expect similar treatment. The employees at midland Dr location said it’s different management and that they know people from that store and it’s nasty in there and managers support them acting rudely to customers. Maybe the corporate will get it straightened out but I bet it won’t last.

The service isn't like the worst ever but I don't understand somethings. It's like they want to deter you from ordering. I pulled up with a few cars in the parking lot and no drive thru line at all. They immediately tell it will be 10 to 15 minutes for KFC and 20 plus for taco bell. Then when I said ok and started ordering she repeated it. I said it's OK. It literally only took 5 minutes. They were nice but having worked in food service for 2 decades I'd say it's probably laziness. It's not as if they were busy in the least. I could make all that food and run the window with no line. Strange experience really. Maybe they just have no staff? Id suggest management try to figure out what the issue is. Especially after reading the reviews

Service is slow but food is like every other taco Bell....notorious for taking over 30 minutes to get you order and you better check it on the way out the door. Will likely not go back ever. They can never get things right. Have never had a good experience here. They need new management or new owners.
This the slowest Taco Bell in the United States. I’ve been here 3 times and it’s slow every time. This evening, there are 5 tables waiting for their food. One couple saw that and walked out before even ordering. Not sure what is going on back there but they need a management overhaul. The worst part though is the customers waiting who feel it is appropriate to listen to the phone on loud, like everyone else wants to hear it. Get some earbuds!! Don’t be that guy!

It takes way too long to get any sort of food. We’ve waited 40 minutes for some tacos and crunch wraps. I’ve gotten more food from other Taco Bell’s in 5-10 minutes. Workers in the back are taking their sweet time to make food with multiple customers waiting. Some are just standing around doing nothing, some playing on their phones. Don’t waste your time coming to this location.ETA: we never got out food. They were out of black beans for our crunch wraps - not a big deal, would have just gone somewhere else for dietary reasons. But they never told me they were out and then yelled at me and acted like it was my fault for not knowing they were out of something. Avoid, avoid, avoid this place.

Girl forgot part of the order. Went back around and despite how late it was she was so nice about it. Sometimes people are tired that late its understandable, but she was sweet. Food was hot and taco bell good.Wheelchair accessibility: Too far from door.
