So disappointed!!! Silly me expected hot sauce to be in the bag as I drove away with my burritos. To say the least, wasn't that excited about my burrito anymore. The sauce makes it worthwhile.

A copy of Taco Bell, they need to season their meats, the only thing I liked was their toast and the Villa

My experience was some what bitter sweet. The food was GREAT !! ONLY THING I DIDT LIKE was how the older female mgr with glasses was cursing at her employees. she was so loud i had to ask the kiddos to go sit down in the dining area she was throwing F bombs and seemed out of her mind frustrated the lady with white hair on the line even looked at her as if she was embarrassed. I would expect that out of the young employees not from a mature grown woman with a title. Long story short lost my appetite and will not be dining in any more.

The service was alright, however, just a little on the slow side. They workers in the kitchen were doing more talking than they were working, which made the food preparation much slower than it should have been. 15 minutes after placing my order, my food was finally finished, and they called my number. The food, burritos, and tacos tasted as expected and what I've come to enjoy.

For the first time ever I was asked red or green sauce on our survival pack in the drive thru. I thought they meant sauce packets so I said both. Instead it is sauce on the burritos..too hot for my kids and charged $.49 for each burrito extra! Cmon, man! The young man who was at the window was nice when I said I didn't know what he meant and he checked to see if they could be changed but they were already made so I took them. Kinda sneaky way to add extra charges tho

Been meaning to review this place and give it a good review because I come here almost every day as its right by my office and I like Taco Villa a lot. The reason this WOULD have a 5 star review is almost entirely because of Alonzo who I see every day (except today) taking orders accurately and seeing to his other duties cleaning and maintaining the dining area and condiments bar. Alonzo is great. What's not great? Employees on their phones on the makeline. Phones are our most-touched object and not exactly easy to sanitize. No point in gloves if those gloves are touching phones.I approached the counter, manager was right there on the makeline between taking orders. I said "Excuse me is he touching his phone while making our food?"Manager said "I'll get him off the line now, sir. Calm down there's no need to.."I just cut him off and told him it was gross. There's EVERY reason to stop things like this. The worker in question took off his gloves and showed his hands up to argue and went to wash his hands, which he didnt use soap and returned to the line.Everything about the above interactions tells me that isn't just the worker's fault for not understanding and allowing their immaturity to argue and fuss about it while fixing the problem.I recall a time when I desperately needed a job and Taco Villa said I was "overqualified." Clearly qualified in their eyes means willing to risk your customer's health. This is a problem you fix from the top, down.
