I'm really surprised I had not heard of this place so I'm trying to spread the word! I never order steaks at restaurants as I like the steaks from my grill, more. But luckily the 16 oz ribeye was only $37 so my wife ordered it and it was REALLY good, I would have been proud if that steak came from my grill (and it was definitely bigger than 16 oz). I ordered the Chicken Pesto Pasta and it was excellent as well!!! This place is a must try! Full bar, as well!

From the other reviews I've read. I guess I'm not the target patron of this establishment. I will say the service was excellent and friendly and it's a nice out of the way place. It's quiet with a few TVs and basic bar options. It was a little pricey for what you get. The spaghetti bolognese was dry and bland. Was over priced for something that was basic and I could get across town for half the price. Bread was extra and cocktails were decent.

Thank you Yelp. I have eaten next door a couple of times and thought this was just a little corner bar. After reading reviews I decided to try it. Probably the best Ribeye I have ever eaten! This is a small family owned restaurant with a high end menu with touches of the owners Cuban and Italian heritage as well as casual burgers and sandwiches. I would even take my snobbish foodie friends here.

Place is so over priced it’s not even funny. I don’t mind paying for good food. This place doesn’t have that. Two crown and sprite doubles $66. They charged for the crown and the sprite that went in them. They charged for the ketchup that i asked to go with my fries. The cheese cake was about the size of a tortilla chip. The steak was tough. $109 out the door for food about the same as Applebees. Only positive is my waiter was great.

This place was so overpriced and not worth it at all. The atmosphere wasn’t terrible but not appealing. There were wine bottles on all the tables to try and mask an upscale vibe, maybe that’s why they get to charge so much for their mediocre food. Positive, our server was very nice and accommodating. I ordered pesto chicken pasta. I have had better pasta from a box or a tv dinner. There was no were near enough sauce and the noodles on the edges were dry. My boyfriend had a burger and while he said it was a good burger, it wasn’t worth the extravagant price. I’ve never seen a restaurant charge for pickles on a burger. Nor have I heard of them charging for a tiny side of ketchup! Beware, everything cost extra. I can’t believe we paid $80 for a mediocre dinner and 3 drinks.

The chef has traveled all over the world. It's good to have fine dining in Midland in a casual atmosphere. The food is amazing Im still stuck on ordering the jalapeno rosemary burger to review anything else.

This place is a hidden gem! The Cuban sandwich is incredible and the ribeye is better than anything else you'll find in the midland area. The ambiance is laid back and relaxed. It's homey and comfortable and the service is absolutely spot on regardless if you're there for a quick bite, or to sit and chill for a couple hours. I can't say enough great things about this place!!!

That charge for ketchup!! WHO CHARGES FOR KETCHUP?!? They charge if you want extra ranch dressing for the wings you ordered. The wings are some of the best I have had, but the service is horrible. You have to ask for napkins, why don’t you keep some on the table? You have to ask for salt and pepper!!!

I love this place so simple but so unique, owners and staff are awesome, food is delicious and the drinks... if you like cocktails you definitely should check out this place, is a laid back country style cool atmosphere, cold beer, I had today then famous Cuban sandwich, is a 5 stars food, don't be fooled by the size this place you can't get food like that anywhere here in Midland/Odessa, keep it up Texas Lodge
