Every time I go they hand me a paper to sign and the choice of leaving a tip, I always opt out because with the prices of their products, they should be able to pay their own employees. The customer service is terrible. I went in for a corn in a cup and got a cup of water with a bit of corn. I let the woman that attended me know that I would not like to purchase the corn and to just give me my card back. She held on to my card for 5 minutes while she berated/screamed at me on how she's the manager and everyone gets there corn like that and I'm no different. I don't recommend this drive thru, even if it's the last one standing!
