We tried this place because it was conveniently down the street. Glad we did. We've been here 3 times so far and the food was good enough to try something new each time. Food comes out piping hot. The chicharrones make for a great Appetizer; not super dry where you can't swallow, like you find in store-bought chicharrones. These are Fresh from the deep fryer. Changing review to reflect current events. The last 3 times we have went we've had terrible service. Long wait times to even order and our food came out cold one of the visits. My husband enjoys the food here so we tried coming back twice but the service at this location does not make me want to come back

The food is delicious, the margaritas are delicious and strong! But the service needs some work. My family and I visit every time we drive through Midland. The servers don’t know the menu and need a ton more training!!
