They need a manager to lead those kids.I got an Apple Pecan salad, but no chicken or blue cheese.when I showed up, there were 3 other people there with their order mest up.This is manager fault,those kids had mo direction.

Orderd 2 10 piece nuggets only received 19 nuggets. Gave me the wrong sauces no drink and the bag wasn’t even sealed when the Uber eats driver delivered it! HOW DO YOU SUCK AT YOUR JOB THAT BAD!!!!!!

For one your might workers just stand around look at the customer like they are no body they. If you go through the drive thru they have you park tell you that they will take your order to you and have you wait forever or never get your. They are always out of salads.

I’m not sure if it’s privately owned or by corporate but they need a manager here. The poor employees are running on a skeleton crew and there does not seem to be any leadership involved. They are doing their best but their employer is failing them by not having someone there to assist and make it flow.The employees working on this day at this time did their freakin best and are appreciated.

I'm done with this new location that just opened. Every time I come to this location is like they are stuck on dumb. I went for lunch today and mind you they weren't packed. But it took over 15 minutes for me to get my biggie bag. The ppl before me which was 3 it seemed they were unhappy to. Plus the store was short on large me and no small cups. So they were losing business. Which then made me wonder why did it take so long to get my meal and how was it still wrong. I stated what was wrong on my order but didn't allow them to fix it as I was late going back to work on my lunch so I wasn't going to sit there longer for them to fix it. But I know how things are supposed to go there and they are way under par. I won't come back.

I pulled up at 12:40am because it said they were open till 1:00am but the young guys inside were nice enough to come to the window and tell me they actually shutdown at 12:30am and have to be done cleaning by 1:00am. No food but the guys were very professional and courteous unlike Jack in the Box up the street. They also told me they had been their all day due to employees quitting. I just want to say if the management sees this the two young men working tonight are good employees take care of them. ?

Went thru the drive thru. I usually go to the location of of Andrews highway and I will definitely be sticking to that location. I have never had a problem with Wendy's but the experience I had at this location was awful! The employee taking my order had a bad attitude. I had asked for extra BBQ sauce and she put 1 in the bag so I asked for a couple more and she put 1 more in the bag, for 2 meals! We had got to our destination less then 10 minutes away and my husband's burger was COLD, litterly cold like it had been sitting out for a while. I went to bite into my chicken sandwich and the bun was so hard it was impossible to bite. I had to double check to make sure it wasn't burnt because it was so hard. It wasn't burnt or anything. OUR FOOD WAS NOT EDIBLE! I called the store multiple times and it said they are unavailable or something. Highly disappointed in this location and will never go back!

Worst Wendy's location in midland. My meals where undercooked and cold. The lady named Kayla was very unprofessional and impatient. I will never order from Wendy's again. Also the other Wendy location oven don't work so I can't get bacon or biscuits. If I could 0 stars I would.

Went through drive-thru, got to window, server wasn't polite at all. Barely even spoke, not even a Thank You. Got food, Chili was one item, it was "COLD", Fries, was almost warm but very hard. Highly disappointed !!!
