1st time at this location and it will be the last. Ordered Panda Feast, during lunch window and had to wait for items to be prepared. When they finally got the dishes up the containers were not filled as if they are trying to cut back on what are suppose to be large containers. Each was 3/4 full. When my order was prepared they mixed the small remaining portions of the various dishes with the freshly prepared. Definitely won't be returning to this location.

This is the second and last time we will eat panda in Midlothian. First time the noodles were hard and good hod zero flavor. This time, the green beans were really hard, the beef was hard and all of the food had no flavor.

Each time I have visited this location the food has been cold and or old. I have gone right at 11:00am and the food has been old. The smell makes me feel as if the food was from the night before. I am concerned also as to how the store manager tried to argue with a consumer about a refund of the horrible food. The food was returned and it was returned with 6 min of purchase. There needs to be a real review with the team on how food should be given to a consumer

I went to pick some food out and there was an old white lady at the counter, im latino and it looks to me like she was bother by my presence there. I told her i was there to pick up my food after she put it in the counter i was going to order some drinks and she totally ignored me i was standing there for a few minutes being ignored and two white men came in after me and they took their order in less than a minute while i was watching all this in disbelief in front of the register i never felt more humiliated and disrespected.

I just left Panda Express because I went in there and what I wanted to order there was less than a scoop left in each one of them I asked the lady if they were going to refill it she told me she didn't know pointed at the other lady and said she's the big boss lady and I asked her if they were going to refill it because I did not want to eat the trash that was in the bowls she told me well sorry that's all we got you can leave so I did

We got to Panda Express and waited almost 5 minutes to be helped. Then we give our first order and the young gentleman starts preparing a to go order and switch us to Madison…someone needs to teach her customer service and how to prepare a plate of food. If it’s a burden to serve, this isn’t the job for you.

Got food poisoning from eating hereI would’ve wrote a better review had the manager Amy understood what happens when someone gets food poisoning.I was sick for two days straight but she wanted me to call the day I got sick. When I was throwing up.I literally had to have my husband call my doctor for me in which they gave me Zofran.Seriously they need to work on food safety protocols.I’ll probably never go backGross ?

They didn't have half the stuff I wanted. Same for my wife ? we were annoyed but ended up getting the same plates. It was good! But would've been better if I got what I went for.

I’ve always loved this location, but i don’t know what happened today that they served me a huge raw piece of chicken. I get it when there’s little mistakes like putting more cabbage than meat but a huge raw chicken is unbelievable, that can hurt someone badly. I called to talk to you guys about it but no one is answering and keep hanging up.

Very disappointed! Ordered a plate for delivery with lo mein and orange chicken. I was so looking forward to the lo mein. When I got the food, there was next to no noodles— all cabbage and greens. I feel like I only got half of what I paid for.

Second time this happened. I place a order get home and it's like 4 pieces of chicken and 4 shrimp and a half spoon of side. This location likes to hold off on giving you what you pay for.
