I love the food, never bad, but the crew needs a better plan to get the food out, there is no organization or system in place, I told them my order 4 times and they messed it up.

I visited the Midlothian location. . The food was great.. but what impressed me is I thought I left my wallet and I called and spoke to Pedro, the store manager. He went above and beyond to try and locate it for me.. him and another girl. I didn’t get her name, but they were both very helpful. I ended up finding it in my car… but I appreciate the effort they made trying to find it for me! Thank you so much for your great customer service ❤️

Pretty much the nastiest bathroom stall I’ve been in and my expectations for this place was way above this !! I have ate, fueled n bought stuff from these places for years and Never experienced this filth …. Shame on the Management of this location because this is build up filth, definitely not from one or two days !!!

The food was pretty good but the meat and fries were pretty peppery.The biggest issue was the two young people on staff They spent more time laughing and goofing off in the back room than they did helping customers. Every person who came in while we were dining had to ring the bell to get service. They would both come through the door laughing loudly, punching each other and flirting. Definitely not professional.Also, we didn’t notice until we got our food but the girl had her shirt pulled up where her stomach was showing. Had we seen it sooner we would’ve walked out.
