No other cars in drive thru so I was 1st. Asked to pull up to front. 3 cars came & got orders behind me. I waited 14min & then went in to see where my order of 4 fish sandwiches & 2 fries went. On the bright side they hadn't made them up yet so at least I got hot sandwiches but fries cold & soggy. It's lent, it's fri, it's your special. 25min is unacceptable!

Worst staff ever. Cashier needs to be retrained on customer service along with the manager. I asked for a special that is advertised on the their own screens and they never know what keys to hit. So they overcharge and I called it out. They cheat you if you don’t pay attention to what you’re ordering. And then proceed to give you an order that is all wrong. Never again coming here! Only this location.

The chicken I bought was old and tasteless. The macaroni was a paste, end of the pot left overs. Nasty. I kept calling to talk to the manager, they never pick up the phone. Sorry but your food was not worth the money I worked so hard for to feed my family. Very disappointed ?

Although its a very small property, the service was excellent and all the food was fresh, juicy and tender.
Every time I order the spicy chicken they give me the original. Today I ordered the spicy chicken again and they told me to go to the counter. When I asked if it was the spicy chicken, the cashier on duty simply told me that she didn't have it, and I asked her why she didn't tell me and she just told me if I wanted it. wait 20 minutes. It's already too much with the staff.

I had been wanting Church's for a good while, and today I finally ordered the Monday 8 piece special. (Location: Expey Old 83, Mission, Tx,) I brought it home to enjoy and opened the box to 1 or 2 day old dried up brown chicken meat. , so dissapointed. I called location to voice my opinion, no answer. I regret not going to Kentucky Fried Chicken next door. Please check the quality of chicken before you drive off. I need a refund .
