Made an order to the drive-through and arrived home with a totally complete order, call back the manager and said what could he do he said nothing. Maybe because they were already closed. No options of customer service, just negative management for the night.

I oredered food from the drive thru. The person who took my order didn't turn off his microphone and said " Pinche gringos can't speak". When I asked him what he said, he turned off his microphone and wouldn't apologize at the window. We left without our food.

I have been twice now, both times same result. Food is hot, tortillas are nice, foods was bland. None of the salsa has any spice, the pico was spicier but not spicy either really. Nothing was bad, just not great either.

Ordered a taco with potato and egg and ranchero sauce. I did get charged for the sauce but no sauce in taco. The tortillas are not handmade and nothing like El Pato used to be. I hadn't been there for a while and now I remember why I stopped going. The barbacoa has probably been reheated a couple of times.

Had to wait 50 minutes in the drive thru line after paying just to get 2 breakfast Patos. There wasn’t even any guests just 2 cars outside. Ridiculous. After going inside to complain, they had our food just waiting there on the counter. Food was already cold.

Vegetarian options: I'm not vegan. At some El Pato places, I've been to take pride in preparing your order well & others it has just gotten so sloppy. I wonder if they don't teach or train their cooks to be better in what they do. Tortillas are at times left half cooked , the huevo ranchero plate looks like a bucket of salsa got dumped on it. I say better your kitchen personnel & you'll have better results.

Went to eat with my wife just after Sunday morning church service and normally enjoy eating at El Pato but somehow today that was not the case. I thought perhaps it was just me but then my wife commented that the Food Wasn't That Good Tasting and I Agree. It seemed a little dry and lacked a good taste.

Did drive thru. Ordered street tacos. Had to wait ren minutes which was understandable because it was breakfast but they were disgusting dried shredded beef pretty much machacado in grease. Then they put my order in upside down so when I grabbed the foil order to take out of the paper bag, they all fell to the bottom of the bag....
