This place has been the worst place to go to for a long time and rather than get better they stay the same. Was waiting in the drive thru for almost an hr…whether peak hours or not nothing justifies an hour wait

Definitely they need new staff and train them for a better service. I ordered a ( extra most bestest ) pizza and got a regular pizza, I ordered 8 pieces wings and wings were dry burned

I ordered a cheese stuffed pretzel crust pepperoni pizza...I got a cheese stuffed regular pizza w salt in the crust. Called and Ernesto proceeded to call me a liar and say if you bring it back and it's up to my standards I can't do nothing for you. UNBELIEVABLE LOOK AT THE PICS OF WHAT WAS ORDERED AND WHAT WAS GIVEN. THANKS FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE ERNESTO.

Ordered the thin pizza and it was burned. I also ordered the calzon and was also burned. The crust area of the calzon was flat when it should be fluffy and it was over seasoned with the garlic cheese or whatever it is they use to season the crust area. They also really skimped on the toppings.
1st experience: went by for a hot n ready, got home and there was ashes all over the top and bottom of the pizza and the pizza and box were burnt. Went back and the employee told me they had a small fire in the warmer/oven that burnt several pizzas. How can you not check a pizza you're going to sell if its okay to eat???I shouldn't have gone back but decided to attempt a better experience but not:2nd: ordered online, went by to pick up in drive thru, was told to park in front and it would be taken out to me. I should have known they wouldn't, I got off after 30+ mins and the pizza was sitting there getting cold while the employees were talking and laughing. I told them don't tell people to wait in front if you're never going to take anything. They got super offended of me calling them out on their mistakes. Worst location! I should have not gone back and the other reviews don't lie. Avoid!!!

I had never been at this pizza location, this was my first time here, WORST pizza EVER! Both Pretzel pizza were horrible! They did look or tasted like pretzel from the crust. Also they were both super thin like a flour tortilla instead of regular pizza. I will NEVER buy pizza there again!
