Got our 2 pc. Fish \\u0026 6 shrimp combo got home noticed the change of food packaging again... the flavor changed on the coleslaw it tastes really off.. the fish is much smaller it did not taste freshly made, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while.. the shrimp is usually large \\u0026 buttflied.. it looked like they got a bag of regular frozen breaded shrimp and fried them. We will not be returning back to this restaurant ever again. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The worst Long John Silver’s I have ever eaten. Fish was overly greasy, chicken was so overcooked I could hardly chew it and the coleslaw tasted like it had cleanser in it. They asked if we wanted condiments and then didn’t give them to us. Was counting on the standard LJS’s fare but sure didn’t get it. So disappointing.

I called ahead and was unable to either order on line or to order ahead. Not good. However the young lady I had spoke to on the phone, took the time to help me with my order. I not only got everything we wanted, she helped save me at least $5. Awesome young woman.
