I was trying to place a mobile order and arrived and was told it was cancelled as "pick up" was closed.... Then I have to reorder and when I get my food half the order is mine and half is another persons order...... Been waiting for over 30 minutes only for this to happen very disappointing.

Very bad service and attention, it's a shame today I was with my children around 3:40 pm and they didn't throw people out in the play area because according to them they have a conference at 5 pm and well it's not fair because at that time the children want to play The manager and cleaning lady were very rude. If they occupy the place for their conference, close the area but don't put the announcement at 5 in the afternoon. Change it to 4 in the afternoon and you understand, but they still go through the trash can so that they don't. Let's go, they passed 10 orders and I had to wait, the snow was melted and with so much problem, it's better that I don't want to go anymore. It's not the first time, so terrible service ??????

I love McDonald's but everytime I get my food the employees don't put enough fries. I mean I started ordering a large it looks like a medium. This is ridiculous. They really need more training.
