I placed a phone order. I explained that we wanted mild chicken curry, and when I got home my mom and I could hardly eat the chicken curry. It was so incredibly hot! I think you have to say no spice, if you want to order their food.

Daniel, our server was very attentive. Food was fantastic. The place is small in size but big on atmosphere. The prices were reasonable, the portions were large, and the service was quick for the size of our group - 7. Definitely going back to sample other offerings.

We had pork vermicelli bowls. The food was perfect. Until we found a human hair in one of the bowls of food. We really love this place and would like to return. But we only ask that the cooking staff wear hair nets. The other reason for the low rating was the game room was loud and overbearing when your trying to have a conversation.

The attitude of the owner’s son is unacceptable. Unknown if he is uneducated or he grew up in a ghetto. Been a reg diner but will never return anew until he is gone. He just lost us reg diners!

Came in for a quick dinner with my parents. Our server was extremely friendly and willing to give recommendations. He suggested the Fried Vietnamese Egg Rolls and explained how to prepare them to eat once he served the table. These were delicious; my dad liked them without the veggies as well. My partner and I shared the beef pho and had plenty to share for the both us. Broth was flavorful and beef slices where perfect thickness. He even brought us an extra side of noodles but we definitely had plenty already! My mother is a little picky with food and asked for something with chicken and veggies, so he suggested the Pad Thai with chicken and he could add a few veggies on the side as well, which she ended up loving! Would recommend and would come back for future visits.Dietary restrictions: We were asked about any allergies before food was served, and although none of us had food allergies, I am sure they could easily accommodate for allergies.

Bbq pork was delicious, pho was not my favorite but that’s just a personal preference. Nothing special, but I decided to leave a review because of an allergy issue. I had asked if an item contained egg and through the phone I was reassured by someone they didn’t. When I picked up, I asked who I assumed was the person in charge about the egg and he said, “like I told you already on the phone there’s no egg in it there’s not even cabbage” it felt dismissive but I told him I was worried about the wrap itself and he insisted it was just flour and water. After having hundreds of interactions with restaurants over the allergy, you kind of get the feel of who knows what they’re talking about and who doesn’t. My gut was telling me to inquire more or ask to see the packaging, but his dismissive attitude made me want to get out of there. Of course, when I got home I didn’t trust the rolls so I decided to test them out by simply holding them. Within 15 minutes I started to get hives. Not my worst reaction by far, but it’s disappointing. Not sure if it was an issue of cross contamination, or the actual item itself, but I did mention it twice and explained the severity of my allergy. The attitude alone was enough reason to not revisit. Take your customers concerns seriously. There’s a reason people want to verify. Trial and error taught me to be overly cautious, but had i ingested it, it could’ve been a different story. Allergy education is not common knowledge, but if you’re in this industry the least you can do is be honest.

Always the best extra beef with jalapeño lemon and Sriracha always hits the spot I wouldn’t trade it for anything else the noodles are soft and chewy the beef is nice and tender the broth is always on point thank you for the food!

The behavior of the owner's son at this restaurant was utterly unacceptable. I had placed an order for my family and was told that the food would be ready in 20 minutes. Arriving right on time, I was disappointed to find that I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. This was because the man working at the front desk, the owner's son, had forgotten to prepare two plates from our order and hadn't mentioned this to us.Interestingly, we were the only customers at the time. The owner, an elderly woman, came out to question her son about his mistake. His response was to begin yelling at her in front of my family, treating her horribly and denying any fault on his part.I intervened and asked him to stop behaving this way in front of my family and to show some respect for his customers, as he apparently lacked respect for his own mother.Subsequently, I asked for a refund, but he denied my request, explaining that they are a family-owned business and do not offer refunds. He then started yelling at my family, stating that it was not our business how he treats his mother. He added that customers patronize their restaurant for the food, not the customer service. While the food here might be acceptable, the level of disrespect, the inappropriate treatment of a woman, the ignorance displayed, and the horrendous customer service all combine to make the overall experience thoroughly very unpleasant. Their food might be okay but the energy this food is created with is not recommended for anyone, have a bless day and hope this helps as a constructive review and also help customers see who's behind the food we consume.
