Ok let’s see where to begin. It all started with the very first order of pizza , wings ,and dessertWent to pick up these items from this Pizza Hut got home to a old cold pizza not sure how when I only live 15 minutes away the wings tasted that of old chicken and the brownie was over cooked so I responded to the email they send asking how the food was and I told them so they decided to comp the items which I told him that boys what I wanted that I wanted for them to look into serving their customers with better food. So they said I could pick up the order again any time so I did a week later this is the 2nd time and low and be hold the pizza was junk the wings and the dessert were awesome so once again they asked about it and told them how it was the manger himself called me and told me to go that same day at 545 to pick it up and he would personally make it himself for me so after along day of work and going out of my way to go get this pizza they promised me I show up at 535 to let them know I was there to pick up a pizza under my name that the manger said would be ready at 545 told him I know it’s probably not ready but I’ll be waiting curbside for it this rude person said he didn’t know what I was taking about and that their is no order for me or anything pending for me so I said ok thanks I’ll just email RICO FLORES that I had spoke with and let them know what was going on and I’m on my way back home and Pizza Hut calls me I don’t answer cause I’m irritated at this point of wasting my time and gas to go for something that wasn’t even noted or brought to anyone’s attention so this rude person decides to leave a voice mail that my pizza will be ready shortly yeah after the fact that I emailed RICO FLORES and told him how u treated me and lied to me all of a sudden you found my order heck no I’m not going back to pick up a pizza that they knew should’ve been ready and there was no intention of providing me with one they never should’ve lied to me about it I also have the voice mail of the manger telling me they would make me one and another voice mail saying they were sorry that all of a sudden my order popped up out the blue sky. Avoid going to this Pizza Hut at all costs unless u want rudeness and mediocre pizza cooked by a bunch of young kids not knowing how to treat a customer

Short of making it myself, this was the best pizza I've had in a long time. Pepperoni and double mushroom stuffed crust. I ordered for pick up, on my way home, it was ready, hot and better than expected. Plenty of Pepperoni, and wow on the mushrooms. They were fresh and very tasty. I will be back! I didn't even look at the seating area, only a 4 for the atmosphere, but the service was great.

We always eat in or order carryout at this Pizza Hut location (9th St & Old 83 in Mission). Ismena, the Manager, is the best!It was our first time trying the Veggie Pizza... They did not disappoint! It was delicious!
When first ordered the application stated 35 to 45 minute delivery time. Did not get notified of supposed out for delivery until 40 minutes after. One hour and 20 minutes after ordering, I called the store and was informed my order was almost out the door. Receive my food approximately 2 1/2 hours after ordering.

Every time we order from here it’s always something! Today has been the worst, we made an online on the Pizza hut website and for some reason it got sent to DoorDash?? We called the DoorDash driver and she was lost she hadn’t even found the restaurant, mind you this was an HOUR after our we placed our order. We called the restaurant asked for a refund, then my bf went to the restaurant and they tried explaining themselves on why it got sent to DoorDash. Eventually they gave us our order cold and said they’d give us our refund back. Just horrible customer service ?

I got cheese sticks and could taste cinnamon in it like they hand washed the pan from a previous batch of cinnabons. Pizza hut in general has really downgraded everything. I got the new yorker pizza another time, and they barely put any pepperoni. If anything, they need to put extra pepperoni if they're already charging you the 'extra' fee in the regular price.Parking: They have a really REALLY big pot hole in their parking lot. It cracked my windshield when I hit my bumper from under.

Love their $13.99 lunch special which is enough for 2 people! Pasta, personal pan pizza, side salad and drink. We added an extra salad and drink and it was more than enough! Yummy!

I rarely ever write a bad review! However, we ordered pizza and wings, we were told we had to have cash because their cc machine was down, but they wouldn’t have change for $100. We got the change from a friend and placed the order. I was told the order would be here in 40 minutes. 1 1/2 hrs later I called and was told our order was in process. The call taker did not know what that meant so she patched me to the store. I spoke with Yvonne who “lied” to me and said she called me and spoke with me to let me know they did not have a driver and that I said that was alright because we already picked up our order. If they did not have a driver why wasn’t I told this when I placed the order? How would I have gotten our order without it being delivered when we were waiting for it. Why would she say she spoke with me when she hadn’t? It’s one thing to make a mistake regarding the delivery, but this is an out and out lie. Yvonne did not call and speak with me. I even asked her what number she called and she had the gall to repeat my number. I had my phone the entire time and no one called. This employee can not be trusted as she lies!
