The location in Mission is much better and atmosphere is much better too! We enjoy coming to this location!

THE WESLACO location is ABSOLUTELY awful. Horrible establishment. I hope they get shut down. I would go in to detail but it just puts me in a bad mood. Just take my word for it. Don't go here.

A horrible establishment. They want to upscale everything, when they make the most watered down drinks. Paid about $15 for a "frozen margarita" that had absolutely no alcohol. Asked for shots and got the frozen margarita poured into shot glasses! On top of that had to purchase food just to order these TERRIBLE drinks. This was a few months back but heard several bad experiences from my friends as well who have gone after me. Don't recommend. Oh, and you won't be treated nicely if you do not speak fluent Spanish!

Sr. Mostacho is a nice restaurant/ bar with DJ and Banda... Great food and drinks. And at night with the DJ and Banda,the ambience was great. Many good looking woman and men. Besides the brawl that broke out, i overall enjoyed my visit there Valentine's night.

Called the restaurant and the man who answered the phone said “I don’t know what to tell you I’m not the cook” and hung up. What great service. Door dash will not refund my money because it wasn’t a door dash error. Stay clear of this restaurant at all cost.

Loved the experience. Where there to celebrate my sis bday. Security outside assuring you're coming in unarmed etc. Checking ID. Inside real nice atmosphere. Nice music. Good food ?, waitress real attentive. Going again for sure ?

Food was decent but most of the staff were on their phones. Meanwhile there was only one person tending to all of the customers. We waited almost an hour for our food while there was nobody in the resturant. Props to our server who was very patient and nice but man, at least help the poor guy. He seemed under a lot of stress. Another thing, we are in a pandemic the workers should wear their mask right? Almost none of them were wearing masks or they had it below their chin. I saw a worker who rubbed her nose and continued to restock whatever drink she was doing. Made me regret coming here and probably wont come back if they dont learn how to wear a mask correctly. This was all at the new location in Weslaco.

Friendly place. I am here on vacation and my friend took me here on Tuesday for"Taco Tuesday " and I must say it was very good and the beer was nice and cold. The server told us that they are open until 2am and they have music and some nights karaoke. Nice place to lounge and have a few drinks.

Well i could not find the sr mostacho in weslaco, so i will leave this one here. Went to sr mostacho on 11/17/20, i understood when walking in this was a restaurant/bar/club type of place. I went during lunch and had a beer, i was asked "do you not speak spanish". This first response took me back a bit, but my wife snapped back for her remark, since it took us both off guard. We were going to try some food but the waitress rubbed us the wrong way, the bartender made a horrible long island that tasted like pure sweet and sour with a splash of coke. After the drinks were provided we were forgotten about and staff sat at a table and played on their phones. if I have any advice, do better
