I went on Friday morning for a mobile order(super busy) and I órdered a frappuccino I asked for a straw to my surprise the barista said they didn't have any ? it was disappointing that a business so successful and big did not have any straws especially bc drinks are not cheap and secondly it was very uncomfortable to drink my coffee like that bc frappuccinos are thick icy it's not like soda or water that you take off the lid and no big deal.
This is the second time I’ve come to this Starbucks. My usual is a Grande Latte with 4 pumps of Hazelnut but however today they did not have hazelnut. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the tender but she gave me an option where I can change the hazelnut for something else. I loved her so much, I asked for her favorite drink instead but with some extra kick in it AND SHE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. DING DONG!! to this girl with flower tatts on her arm.

Very knowledgeable and amiable service member who took my order, myself, who don't drink coffees or any other of their drink, so a stranger to this establishment, just getting my mother a drink she had once. This establishment is in a great location and a welcomed store to this part of Mission. People don't have to drive far to get their favorite coffee.
