Really bad customer service. I asked for my combos in separate bags, and when they brought them out they were all mixed. I explained to them how i had requested them, & they said they weren’t going to do that. Not out of policy, just because they didn’t want to.

Prices change almost every 2 months. We are not much in pandemic anymore and they keep going up. A cone for almost $2.50 almost has tripled the price or more. I prefer to go to Chick fil A and get it for a $1 and change.

Worst 10 dollars I spent on Dec 31 2023 and that's cuz I used a coupon or it would've been 17..I swear the meat is KANGAROO MEAT. No flavor just dry it smelled ugly I couldn't finish the burger niether did my daughter. .I put salt and my own cheese and I still couldn't taste the meat something is wrong with that burger meat..so disappointed...made me remember why I don't eat there or BK DQ Sonic Whataburger Wendy's Churches .NEVER McDonald's Taco Ole gross flies in the back kitchen..

There was a girl who literally refused to give us ketchup packets, she asked if we needed anything else and when I asked for ketchup she just flat out said no because there was some in the bag...there was only two ketchup packets for me, my husband, and my child...there was a younger lady we spoke to who was very kind and even apologized for the other lady, she was great

The grilled chivken sandwich was extremely dry and unedible. The banana split and sundae were delicious. Took several minutes for them to answer the red button to place my order when there was only 2 other cars that had been there. Also, their hotdogs are not all beef but contain pork, unlike other similar places.

I grew on Star's drive ins pretty much all my HS years and it was the best. Nowadays the food hasn't really changed much and the prices have gone up a little, but the staff at this particular Star's was very friendly. I had the extra long chili cheese hotdog and the burrito supreme. My burrito wasn't the greatest, but the chili dog was great!
