Build your sandwich technology great idea. First time drive up w this system. Sandwich meal order -disappointed. Arrived home only had half the veggies ordered.in small quantities. order not made to order.

the fountain machines were not working though they were a couple minutes before entering. the chicken tasted like tuna so i didn't finish my sandwich. the customer service from the older lady was terrible. there wasn't anything to drink and she wanted to charge me the difference for the bottle beverage. i ordered cookies and she gave me some that were as hard as rocks.

Drive thru now has a touch screen. Couldn’t reach from my car. Button says push for help. Pushed it. Employee curtly said use touch screen. Sorry, but it’s over 100F outside. I’d prefer not to have to get out of my car to use a touch screen in a drive thru.

Asked for a simple ham and cheese on a toasted italian bun with lettuce and pickles and was given the completely wrong sandwich. I asked if they had simply given me the wrong order as i showed them what i had ordered on my receipt and JUAN accused me of printing a fake receipt so i could get a free extra sandwich. I showed the date on the receipt and explained that the previous worker had just handed me the receipt. I was continuously accused of being a “fucking cheap skate hoe”, word by word, and was being charged double for the wrong sandwich i was handed. Thank you Juan Gutierrez i will be sure to never dine here again… subway how can you hire such a wreck of a staff.

Never will come here to this place...I waited for at least 15 mins by drive thru and there was no other people and no one ever came to the window I know they saw me but they just stood there not sure what they were doing ....bad customer services
