I love Subway I always go for the tuna subway wrap. All trimmings mayo and mustard all the way. I like my bread finely toasted with cheese. Hmmm! The gentleman who attended me did an excellent job. Greatly appreciate the service. There are other variety of meat options for those who prefer to eat meat. If your kids do not want to eat a subway there is always an option of a warm chicken soup or cheese broccoli or a warm pepperoni pizza. There are different locations in the valley. Yesterday, was one of those busy days which was a option to eat out.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Last night I placed an online order for pick up with their worthless application @ 9:20 pm. The app told me it would be ready by 9:40 pm. I arrived there by 9:42pm and made contact with one (Ashley) of the two girls working. They were attending customers so I politely waited as I saw their online pick up shelf was empty. Minutes later I asked Ashley I was there to pick up my online order and she told me " I haven't even made the order because we are busy with customers". There was customers but is my understanding that if the company has an app for customers to order and pick up at a certain time...the employee CAN NOT just not do the order and say they are busy...there has to be where the online order gets done just like the customers orders inside. If this is not the case then Subway is doing things wrong f or training their employees the wrong way. Ashley wanted for me to wait for her and the other employee to finish with their customers before making my order...to which I decline and requested a refund. She continued to make another order and several minutes later she grabbed my receipt and was about to make the subways. I told her again I just wanted my money back and she looked confused so I just told her I would just come back the next day to talk to a manager. She advised they had no managers but an employee acting as a manager. I decided to go back the next morning.Today, I arrived and took the guy working the morning shift 50 minutes for him to issue me a refund. While there I observed he had issues with three customers...couldn't enter a coupon for a customer that was upset to be paying regular price, a customer who order was ready but he was trying to get the coupon for the other customer and two other customers who walked out upset. Employees seem to have a problem with training, not knowing what to do or how to do their job; also they work super slow with NO SENSE OF URGENCY whatsoever. I was already upset AGAIN and asked him if I could please get my money back so he finally did. It took me 50 minutes to get a stupid refund!!!!This location used to have good Employees and now it seems that whoever is or was in charge is dropping the ball on training the new staff and hiring the right people!! My suggestion for customers is to pay a bit more and go across the street to Jersey Mike's for a better and more pleasant experience..more expensive but you get what you pay for!!

This Subway totally rocks!! We went in to purchase 10 sandwiches and the 3 young men working today impressed us completely!! They made our sandwiches to go in record time. These young men were extremely courteous, polite and professional!! I highly recommend this place for your next meal!!

Osmar had great customer service and was friendly. There were only two people ahead of us and there was a 25 minute wait time. Manager or whoever was doing inventory definitely wanted to leave and did not help his coworker and was kinda rude to Osmar . Manager definitely did not want us there. Overall 3 stars but Osmar gets 5 stars.

Worst subway in the valley. They wanted to keep my money for 2 soaps i ordered and they ran out. I asked for a refund and they kept hiding in the back avoiding me. I would come here twice a week. No more. NEXT!

It's 9:30 pm and they close at 10 pm Plus restrooms are closed they don't have no more bread to make sandwiches. They just want to close early enough just to go clock out. Not good!!

Great sandwiches and a great buy when you use one of their many coupons.The sandwiches were well made and they pile on the ingredients at this location. (I've been to some that skimp).

Food was good but I think they're getting a little bit WAY to expensive for their stuff. I got a pizza and a drink for my son and I had a Steak and Cheese. The bill came out $22 bucks for combos so just a heads up. Also It should be noted that they do not accept coupons that you get in the mail so just a heads up.
