Went to pick up dinner for my kids and me but when we got home our order was completely wrong. I called and Irene was very polite and told me to go the next day. I did and she gave me a full refund as well as one of their new strawberry and cream freezes which i ended up loving. There was absolutely no attitude and she was very professional. Mistakes happen but I’ll definitely keep going to this location.

Started with the wrong drinks, then got order wrong. Went back in to get it corrected, still got it wrong. Was asked if we wanted condiments, got none, and one of the drinks was still wrong.

Honestly this is the kind of restaurant where if you want your food fresh and done right it's best to go in the morning, in the evening starting from 6 and forward on the food just gets carelessly made its not done the way you asked and they just do it in a rush just as long as you get your food as fast as possible. Sometimes even during the day they'll rush ur order just to get you out of the way regardless whether they got ur order right or wrong, and management for workers is incredibly bad coming from an ex employee's perspective. if you're looking to work for this Taco bell you have to be willing to learn everything on your own rather than have someone teach you because they'll just tell you what to do and expect you to do it and do it right.

I'm a fan of Long John Silver's and my daughter loves Taco Bell so it's a win/win, but the most of the staff are compromised of younger people and they seem to not be interested or customer friendly. I work in the retail business and I know first hand that having good customer service is KEY for any business.
