FOR BEING THE FIRST TIME WE VISITED THIS PLACE, WE WERE VERY DISCOURAGED TO GO AGAIN..MY HUSBAND ORDERED TROMPO CAKE, I ORDERED STEAK CAKE AND MY DAUGHTER ORDERED STEAK TACOS...THE MEAT AND BREAD OF THE CAKES WERE COLD AND THE CHEESE WAS MORE BURNT FROM MY HUSBAND'S CAKE THAN MINE ??.THE WAITER DIDN'T CHECK AGAIN TO SEE IF WE HAD ANYTHING AND TO PAY MY HUSBAND HAD TO GO LOOK FOR THEM WHERE THEY COOK SO THEY WILL CHARGE US..SO FOR US IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE AND WE WILL NOT EAT THERE AGAIN.

Terrible service. I placed an order, when I got home I was missing 2 orders, I dialed the phone and they told me that the error was impossible, they told me that they gave me 4 bags. I told them that there were only 3 and that there were no orders. They intimidated me by mentioning that they had cameras, since I wasn't lying I told them to check their cameras and they would see that they only gave me 3 bags. Afterwards they told me that they couldn't see the cameras at that time. They gave me my orders angrily and without an apology, terrible customer service. Unfortunately, because of workers like these, one as a customer stops going to certain places.

They saw us arrive, we sat down and ignored us, we were sitting waiting and the waitress passed us by and was cleaning tables but never turned to see us. We got up to leave and only several employees looked at us and ignored us again. They would really appreciate some customer service classes.?POOR SERVICE.

A small restaurant of Mexican food that serves tacos, hamburgers fresh from the grill, and other antojitos. The service was good and the atmosphere was relaxed. I ordered the "hamburguesa sencilla" that has the meat, ham, American cheese, swish cheese, avocado, ketchup, mustard, and mayo. It was tasty and soft, but could've been easy on the mustard. Besides that, its a good place to ease the cravings and not expensive at all.
