The food variety is nice enough, however; wait staff was easily overwhelmed with hardly a large amount of customers.Kid-friendliness: Not a child-friendly establishment. Too many fragile little trinkets for children to get their hands on.Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty tight seating and restrooms. Has handicapped parking, but accommodations will have to be made.

Decided to try this place because it's so close to where we stayed on vacation, and am very happy we did. The food was very good at a reasonable price, and service was great.So good, we had to go back for lunch a 2nd time. I loved the chili rellenos so much the first lunch I had to get them again. My wife had the chicken salad sandwich the first time, and the Monte Cristo the second...both very good.Will definitely eat here again our next visit to the RGV.

This was my first time eating here and let me tell ya... I was impressed. The food was incredible. Served hot and fresh. And the staff was absolutely amazing. Definitely want to come back and try more dishes. Well done Griffin Grill!

Have been coming here for several years for dinner and have never had a bad experience until last night. We invited a friend to join us. She ordered the lamb chops which were so tough she could not cut them and her mashed potatoes were cold. She returned the plate to the kitchen, very disappointed. I had a shrimp dish. The rice was luke warm as well as the vegies. My wife ordered the salmon and requested the sauce be placed on the side, it was not served as requested. Sad part is, neither the manager nor the server, knowing our dissatisfaction, offered any sort of apology or explanation. We will be dining elsewhere in the future.
Quite a wait to be seated for Sunday breakfast. I would def go again tho. Breakfast was good.
