Excellent restaurant pulled up to the drive-thru placed my order for like 7 people they took my order correctly the first time when I received my order upon checking everything was there the food tasted great it was simple no problems it was excellent all in all I actually got down and spoke to the manager because I was very appreciative how they took my order correctly and got everything right and especially after I had left another Whataburger for doing completely the opposite I was grateful for this Whataburger

I cannot begin to explain how terrible the service has gotten ! I get charged, then they bring me drinks 1 missing , I then wait all cars are literally gone so i asked the attendant if my order was almost out? She gave me a confused look which told me they forgot about my order entirely. I wait longer no apology, no manager bothered either she then brings me order and it's missing my applepies I was soo upset because I spent 50$ on mediocre food that I had to heat up because it was soo cold it wasn't even fresh ! I will never visit this location even though it's closer to home !

This whataburger is on m way home, and usually i once in a while get something, this time around the service was subpar, and the fries they gave me literally as touch as nails. This is the last and final time i go to this location, I'd rather waste more gas for better service and food.Whoever the manager on duty was needs a demotionFrom the fries shown below tell me which one of these fries is the mostly edible ones?

I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt many times!!! Somehow they are the slowest whataburger I have ever been too! The location on GPW and 107 is so much faster!!! I have been to WBs all over Texas even in Roswell, New Mexico! All those locations provide fast service excellent service! I just don't understand what the problem is here. I ordered my breakfast online at 0555 and the app gives you an estimate of time. I get to the drive thru at 0603, nobody in line just me and only one person sitting in the store drinking coffee. The whole time I'm waiting there was nobody behind me in the drive thru so its not like there was a rush. There is a girl wearing a gray shirt with her big white bow in her hair just killing time by the soda machine does not even acknowledge I'm there. They still owe me my drink but I'm being completely ignored... 610....615....finally....I get my food about 617 by a girl wearing an orange shirt. Im still being ignored by big hair bow girl....I tell her I need my drink and she gives me an annoyed look like im lying to her! She doesn't even offer me any condiments, cream, or sugar! So i leave and lo and behold no surprise my extra sausage patties i ordered for the bob and pancakes are not there!!! They will gladly take your money but they cant do a quick check to make sure all your food is in the bag.The Mgr or the tl or whatever she is needs some retraining.. if that's who is running the show no wonder the service is horrible!!!! Whoever is top dog at this store get it together... I will not be going back to this location anymore!!!! Stay away people they are extremely SLOW!!!

Hamburgers and fries are always cold. The fries and lettuce are limp. The fries, onion rings, and hashbrowns taste like the grease is old. The bacon is almost raw, crispy is always prefrred. They press the burgers flat when wrapping paper.
It's whataburger we all know how good it is for a Franchise but the service and wait time is out right disgusting they move at a slow pace and look at customers as if we are the problems in there life with all of that 15 to 30 min wait come on . If the staff could get re trained I don't think that would solve this location's problem.

It doesn't matter how many times I say and request my fries and chicken strip fresh I'm willing to wait ..they always never fails they give them to me cold it's so annoying rude.
