I order from this store occasionally hoping it will be as good as it once was. It’s not bad, just not very good. And with so many choices available, why compromise. The real issue is service. I’m walking toward the entrance to the restaurant and a guy is standing just outside the door smoking a cigarette. He looks at me, drops the butt that is still lit right next to the door and walks inside. This was not the first time this was done as there were a couple other cigarette butts in the same area. Ok, some people aren’t very considerate so I open the door wide and step over the butts. I walk inside and the guy that was smoking outside is now beginning to take an order as I walk to the counter and stand in front of him. So I’m waiting. No “I’ll be with you in a moment.” Or maybe just tell someone in the back to help this customer. So waiting. Then a girl walks out with a store T-shirt on. I ask her if she can get my order for me. She just walks by… Maybe she can’t speak English. That’s fine. But maybe grab someone who can. Anyway, I got the pizza eventually. But maybe the owner needs to train their staff.

This was our go-to for pizza in Sugar Land for years. The service has declined to the point it isn’t worth it anymore. Deliveries have become unreliable. Our last two orders were 15min and 30min beyond the 45min delivery time. When I called, I was told there was no manager available. No idea whether that was true, but we’ll look elsewhere for our pizza from now on.

their pasta hands down best bang for your bucks. Where can you find spaghetti with meatballs PLUS salad/garlic bread for 10 bucks?! And dont forget their daily lunch specials for around 5 dollas, unheard of! Their pizza aint too shabby either.

i had asked for well done and double cut. lol i guess someone was on drugs cause not only did they cut my slice in two, but sliced it into 4 horizontal pieces too. like why??and it wasnt well done at all. the sauce from the spaghetti was spilling in the bag. ive always said their packaging sucks. the slices of pizza stick to the paper plate or box lid and the foil pans with plastic lids get crazy hot and dont stop spills too well. everything was loose so i had to carry it all out in a tall stack instead of a bag
