I would have given them a higher rating but, there were several mix-ups with my order. I had ordered several items including dessert, but when I got the order home there was one item missing and the sandwich that I had ordered was entirely wrong. I had ordered a meatball sandwich, no cheese, with extra sauce and extra sauce on the side as well. There is no extra sauce on the side and it looked like it was a chicken parm sandwich with no sauce at all. Additionally, the way they packed the food, another item had spilled white sauce all over the order. I called back and explained the problem twice to two different individuals. Realizing I had not told them it was a meatball sandwich withOUT cheese, I called back again, and reiterated that the sandwich was without cheese and that I also wanted the extra red sauce on the side as well as extra white sauce to replace all that that had spilled. When I got back to the restaurant I was told that there was plenty of white sauce there and at that time I asked if there was extra red sauce put into the order on the side as well as extra sauce on the sandwich. I was reassured by the girl behind the counter that yes there was extra sauce and extra sauce on the side. When I got home there was no extra red sauce on the side and very little sauce on the sandwich itself. I didn't bother calling back. And just so it is clear, the food was great as always, and they were very apologetic and although young, very nice throughout the situation. Never once copping an attitude like so many here in Houston seem to do, blaming you for their poor customer service . They just didn't follow through.

Pizza is good. I’ve had some less than optimal experiences with service.Later edit: constantly mess up my online order. I only get two things and it’s not complicated, however lately (1/2024) the orders have been incorrect. There also isn’t an easy way to contact them online to discuss any order issues (did some digging and eventually found the contact us section).
We ordered 2 xl pizzas, meatlovers, and custom. The food was better than expected. Only wish I would have asked for the pie to be baked a little longer. Toppings were fresh, and the only downside was the temperament of the young ladies attending to customers.

The place was very clean, employees were super friendly. My order got mishandled, which landed me with someone's oder in my car. But before I pulled off the employee came out and made the switch. The order that came out of my vehicle was handed directly to the customer instead of being prepared again. The pizza was terrible, cheap ingredients, no sauce.
