I was driving around looking for a little place to try, saw BurgerIM, decided to stop and I’m so glad I did. The burger is perfect, you can’t get juicier or more flavorful in a burger. I got the Spanish beef… my god. Sooo damn good. Not to mention extremely friendly staff that made me feel very welcome. Highly recommend!

Did not honor Groupon that was purchased the same day. Said they changed ownership back in Nov 2023 and yet they still haven't taken it off the Groupon site. Considering no one is in the store, pretty pathetic

5 dollars for not even half a serving they give you when you dine in, I called and the boy said "oh we serve 7 oz" lol okayyyy I was better off buying a frozen bag of French fries myself for that. Wish I would've read the updated reviews and paid more to order from another burger joint. Not suprised I see this place empty when I drive by...

It's been a few months since I last ordered from BurgerIM Sienna. I was utterly disappointed. The meat was flat and dry. Everything else was greasy. Onion rings are fried batter with no onion. I called to voice my concern about the quality of the food, and I was basically dismissed. I spoke to the GM and before I could complete my sentences she was cutting me off. Her excuse is they replaced the patty on the kid's burger–that's why they're flat. I didn't have the opportunity to explain what else was wrong with my order. I was extended an offer to replace the food but I won't be back. Sadly, BurgerIM is no longer the neighborhood gem it used to be.

Ordered on line. Said it would take 40 minutes to make. When I got there . It was ready but had clearly been sitting there for 20 minutes. The order was wrong and they weren't going to tell me. Food was cold. They ran out of chicken to complete order. Did not call me to change order. Over all a complete failure-

First time and last time at Burger IM. Bun was rock hard and flat from toaster. Cajun fries are nothing more then regular fries with season salt added.

The food was pretty good and priced well. I recommend the sweet chilli wings, but the service left alot to be desired. The cashiers only concern seemed to be rushing you to place your order, which would have been understandable IF I wasn't the only one their. Don't ask any questions about the menu because you'll just be pointed back to the menu. Overall, it's true what they say(quality service can make up for a lot) but the inverse is also true, sucky service can make good food unwanted.

I ordered food through a third-party delivery service.I called when the food was delayed 30 mins (received it an hour after I ordered it) and offered to pick it up myself.The first employee I spoke to was rude and repeated "it wasn't our fault" and that the food had be laying out 20 mins because the driver was late.Then he told me he would talk to a supervisor.Then I called back after he didnt. Some rude lady talked over me and told me to call the third-party delivery service.That service returned my money.The "manager" of BurgerIM messaged me to confirm that it wasnt their fault and accused me of being rude to her employee.Moral of the story - subpar food (overcooked lamb burgers, vinegar-y wings, soggy fries) and very strange attitude with regard to customer service. Spent about 80 USD

I ordered the turkey burger and onion rings. My husband ordered the angus beef burger and Cajun fries. I enjoyed my burger and rings. He also enjoyed his burger. Staff was friendly. It looked like there were only two employees but the food came in a reasonable time. Will go back.

My burger was delicious! I had the Spanish Burger. My husband had the Classic, and he enjoyed his burger as well. We also liked the Mango Lemonade. I was not a fan of the tea cakes.There are menu items that were not available, and the menu is a bit confusing because it is inconsistent. I just asked the cashier to recommend the favorites and I chose from what she shared.We would definitely return to try out other burgers!

I really don't like leaving negative reviews. The burger I got from there was severely overcooked and dry. They ran out of bacon. I also ordered wings that were supposed to be $6 and some change but when I looked at the receipt, I was charged $8.The fries were okay but unsalted. Luckily I had some Tony Chachere at the house!On a lighter note, they had decent music playing on the speakers so I was nodding my head while waiting for my food.
