“Highly recommended wedding and event bakery! I didn’t think I’d enjoy cake tasting until I went with my then fiancé to pick a cake for our wedding. From setting up the appointment to being there making the selections then the follow through by Cakes by Gina, we were impressed and well taken care of from beginning to end. The staff is friendly and eager to make your vision come true. All the various samples along with champagne, it was truly a very good experience. The cost was reasonable and the cake in the end was better than even the sample. Getting there was a bit painful only because we came from the opposite side of town. Cake delivery to the venue happened without an issue. Overall, probably our favorite vendor through this experience. “A small Turkish cafe located on a strip mall with clean and simple interior. Owner is very friendly and patient in explaining the menu to me. Everything is made in-house from scratch. There are two display cases with different breads and pastries.I thoroughly enjoyed all the food I bought. The Simit and egg was made-to-order, and it was served piping hot. The bread was fresh and it was so good. The seeds added a good texture contrast. The baklava could be flakier and crispier, but the sweetness was just right. The pistachio roll had the right sweetness and texture. The rice pudding was my favorite. It had the perfect sweetness creaminess to it. Yum. The eclair, Paris brest, and zebra were filled properly, not overly sweet, and tasted good. The choco Nutella was my least favorite because the Nutella inside had hardened. A hard pastry with hardened Nutella was difficult to swallow.I will go back to try their pide, sandwiches, and rest of the items on their menu.“

“Got to finally try them over the weekend & it was everything I hoped for. We tried chocolate, strawberry & Tirimasu. They were all well balanced flavor wise. The strawberries was light and refreshing, perfect for our hot summers. Chocolate was decadent, but not so much so that you'd need something to wash it down. And the Tirimasu was that absolute best of the 3. So much so that I may only have it in crepe form from now on, it was absolute perfection.“

After we bought a scoop or 2, they helped us figure out how to customize an ice-cream cake for my husband's birthday. “Ordered our wedding cakes through them. We had our traditional cake that was simple and elegant with two tiers of 2 different flavors. They did sugar flowers that looked pretty. We had a cookie cake for the bride's cake (the groom can have the traditional cake) that was delicious!!!! I could eat it all day every day.
