Whoever ordered the Italian sausage, pan, pizza and buffalo sauce, cheese, thin crust we got your order. They were so disorganized when I went in because of an unresponsive curbside pick up I should have checked before I left. When I called to say I had the wrong order. They said that’s what it showed online. The worst customer service.

Purchased 3 large pizzas for my son’s birthday party. Picked up at 1130ish. We served at 4. The pepperoni and meat pizza had barely any sauce. The chicken barbecue was great. I called to let them know and got transferred to three different people. Before I could get a word in to the 3rd person who they transferred me to, he started yelling saying you’re not getting a refund. Why are you calling 5 hours later. I told him if you would have asked the other people I mentioned it was a birthday party that didn’t start till later. You mean to tell me that if I wait to eat it later the sauce will disappear. He hung up and I never got a choice to get another or a refund. Now I just want a refund. Very Rude manager

I'm only giving them 2 stars because it's Saturday. They might be busy, but we placed our order at 4:03 PM did not receive it till after 5 PM. For delivery. After waiting an hour, we did not even receive what we ordered. We ordered the Brooklyn Crust, which should be 6. Nice size foldable slices and the crust should be between thin and hand tossed. We received 8 slices of a really thin cold pizza you can tell by the picture. It's already cold. The small spinach Alfred one was okay.We are still going to eat them because we've been waiting over an hour. But this is ridiculous. I don't think I would online order from them again.

I've been frequenting the #6668 store for the better part of the 8 years I've lived in Missouri City. I know people are quick to get online and givea negative review when something goes wrong. Which is life we all expect great service. Well for 8 years I can say Dominoes has afforded me countless free pizzas seeing as how I buy a pizza daily to get a free pizza by the weekend. Never once have I ever had a issue. Prompt hot and delicious. I stay in close proximity so alot of the time I'll just walk to get my pizza. The staff is always nice and laughs at my off the beaten path joked. Always a great atmosphere.

Although I’m a long time customer I refuse to create an account yet I’m incessantly bombarded by emails from dominoes. I am deliberate that I am fully checking all boxes in order to opt out. I’ve also created steps and filters in my email to prevent actions yet, I’m constantly having to unsubscribe and report the constant harassment of your promotions. These are just my thoughts on your practices, I have a lot more to say about your website in which appears to be breaking local ordinances

I ordered pizza tonight as well as a few other items. I have never seen a pizza look so awful as the one I got.I opened the lid and found the receipt CRUMPLED AND TOSSED ON TOP OF THE PIZZA.The pizza wasn't even cut, cheese hanging off of the entire thing, and looking like a train wreck.I called, explained what happened, and was told they would send a new one. They did. This one actually looked a pizza. But then my kids complained that it didn't taste right. I took a bite. I don't know what was wrong with it, but it was way off. Normally, we save leftovers and have pizza for the next few days, but this time I just tossed everything in the trash.We've ordered from this location many, many times and never had an issue until tonight. This was such a horrid experience that tonight was also the last night for us with this location. Right now, I'm just crossing my fingers and hoping we don't get food poisoning. I suggest ordering elsewhere.The picture below is the train wreck pizza after I picked the receipt off. But that's how freaking bad it looked.

Terrible customer service. They do not care about their customer. Their store made an error in the order and did not take any responsibility for the failure of their team members. Do not order from this dominos. If there’s a problem, they will not make it right.

One employee was sweeping next to the girl preparing my pizza, the girl had on a bracelet with strings dangling from it and when I spoke to them regarding their actions they both appeared upset the pepperoni did not taste real and the cheese hard. My 2nd bad experience at 2 different locations. They dont get a third time!

Would like to commend Laura, an employee at the Domino's in Missouri City on the corner of Hwy6 and Glen Lakes. She displays excellent work skills and wonderful customer service!
