Please please please stay away from this place. The food is absolutely terrible. I bought food from there about two years ago and it was terrible and expensive. My husband bought food there recently and it was stale. He spoke to Grace the owner of the establishment, and she did not try to rectify the situation. She told him that the fish comes in frozen and it was made the same day. He informed her the fish was not fresh and it was making his tongue itch. She totally regarded him. I will never waste money in this place again. The next stop will be food poisoning with these people…. MISS ME.

I stopped here because a friend and I was in the area, I walked in glanced over the menu. The lady walks to the back and sends the guys out which was weird and the gentleman proceeded to take my order. I ordered the oxtails over rice and peas with cabbage, four Jamaican beef patties lemonade and a ginger beer totaling $32. The customer service from the two guys were good. The lady however very f**king rude she seems to be the owner and I will not be going back! The attitude and vibe from her was very nasty and unwelcoming. The oxtails was a 6/10, the beef patties were a 7/10.

The food was authentic & real! Good food, had the oxtail, this how oxtail supposed to taste with sauce. Rice soft & flavorful, her cabbage best in Houston, 2nd to my girl only lol. But this place is golden for the ones who know. I'm Caribbean so i know & appreciate this place coming from miami

We ordered to go for lunch. Hubs ordered Jerk Chicken and I had Stewed Chicken.Upon opening the plate I was really excited to dive in. I typically don't like to eat white meat, but there was lots of juice so I figured the chicken was indicative of the visual. When I began to eat I noticed more bones than meat on my plate. I was able to find 2 chunks of meat. The pieces I did have were overcooked and dry. There was a ton of rice and beans/peas. The cabbage was cooked great but lacked flavor.I will not make a comparison to another local business, but if I patron Grace's, I will eat the Jerk Chicken and the rice and beans. The Jerk Chicken was a leg quarter with jerk flavor. Pretty good.Overall I would go back but for particular dishes.

I ordered cabbage, plantains and veggie patty. This is the first time in my life i had bland Jamaican food. I was shocked. There not open during the posted hours on the store. They open and close whenever they want. How do you get plantain wrong?

First time trying Jamaican food ever l. I didn’t know what to order or what I would want to get. But a rare thing you don’t see usually the owner/ chef of the restaurant was in the front greeting guest and helping me out with what to order. I liked that a lot it’s not that common you see that nowadays. But I got the oxtail with rice and salad and the portion were huge for the price it was selling at. And I really enjoyed it and customer service was amazing!!!

I got the jerk chicken plate 17 dollars and they were extra stingy with the chicken. I mean extra STINGY!!! The rice and beans were okay no flavor for real. The cabbage was good. I had to ask for extra jerk sauce cause they’re stingy with that aswell. I just feel like for 17 dollars they could of gave more meat and sauce.

Expensive for no reason and the food was trash. The soup was just water with some coloring. These ppl didn’t even try. The beef patty you could tell they didn’t make from scratch. Overly processed meat. You better off buying the frozen patties and warm them up.

It's great tasting Jamaican food... the oxtail, peas, and rice were really good. But, I'm in love with the curry goat and rice. The food was so good I forgot to take pics before I devoured it. I also washed it down with some Ting!

If you know anything about Jamaican restaurants, then you know what to expect. Considering I've been going here for so long and I am spoken to nice, they get 5 ? for customer service. The food is TO DIE FOR. The oxtails are easily the best I've had ( sorry mama) and the j*** chicken is insanely delicious. The meat is always cooked to perfection. The beed pattys, lord the beef pattys. Amazing. There I'd nowhere in Missouri city that has that flavor. No where ‼️They have whole fish and goat as well. Several Jamaican drinks to choose from. Graces is definitely the flavor you want if you are craving Jamaican food.
