Went There recently and was thoroughly disappointed. Dried out food when They just barely opened (11:35 ) I'm Almost Positive they just saved and Reheated what was on the buffet the day before. The outside of the Pan of Rice was crunchy. The Chicken was the same Dark Brown Edges. Sides were Horrible and The Fish was under cooked and was still slightly pink and not even flakey. Stay Away from This Place Definitely a Place One could get Food Poisoning. I couldn't understand Them and a Definite Language Barrier existed. Very Rude Employees. Try the location on Fort Bend Parkway and 6 it's New can't be no worse than this YUCK!

Let me say this was the worst ever experience I have had at any Hartz in Houston , visited this location , food was old and dried out , waited at the counter while one lady was handling the drive thru and the other was standing there looking me in the face , well that wait turned into 10 minutes waiting for the lady at the window to finish serving the drive thru , decided to dine in and get the buffet , well the food was dry like they wasn't cooking anymore for the day , asked for fresh chicken and fish and it was rubbery and dry , just know I will never patronize this location again

Really good food a nice spin on Americana cuisine. The star of the show being fried chicken is excellent. They also offer hot wings and fish which are okay but not on the level of the chicken. Plenty of picnic and barbecue sides and the dinner rolls are soft and sweet. I believe the buffet is back open as well to provide more dining options.
