The manager at this location is ignorant, unapologetic, condescending and have the Mentality that “the customer is always wrong”!! The waiter misinformed us of the stipulation of our Chili’s reward program and therefore at the end , we were overcharged . And last week, we came here to dine with a different waiter with no problems so it wasn’t as if we were expecting something extraordinary on todays visit. Too bad, the pseudo manager is giving Chili’s poor representation of its Brand! Because in this day and age, you should be more mindful of your patronage! I wish I could give a negative 5 !

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

Absolutely sloppy. ?I ordered the garlic parmesan wingsI had high expectations for this place to be delicious, I was met with disappointment. The chicken had the texture of a sponge and the flavor was lacking. I wish you guys the best of luck in the future.

Honestly, i really wanted to like this place. First try, my traditional wings were WAY overcooked but the boneless wings were good. Second try, boneless wings good again, but traditional wings were undercooked. But then we all got sick. Had i known this business was out of chilis, i would have known better. In short, great sauces, same chilis food poisoning.

Picked up my order got home food was COLD and STALE it had been sitting under the lamp for hours! Called them to tell them and Kiera took me through 3rd degree like it was my fought, talked to Manager same thing wanting to know when I picked it up and on and on with no apology any good Manager would have apologized and said we will make it good can you come back no they trying to see if it was MY FAULT that their food was COLD! Finally the Manager said he would redo the order. When I arrived Kiera again asking where was my receipt with the time on it trying to see if it was the kitchen fault or my fault ! REALLY Chili's, The Manager and Kiera! That was Very Poor Customer Service! This Chili's gets worst and worst! I will not be going Back! I'm the one that was inconvenient had to drive back up there NOT YOU!

Overall, it's nice. The tables are spaced well, so if you have a wheelchair you should be able to eat there.
