every time i come here they take forever to get the food too me and when they do it’s like they barely even tried, the workers always talk to me like im their friend not in a good way, overall this place sucks do NOT come here

I ordered a #6 combo and the price on the drive thru menu board said $8.59 with tax that would be $9.30. I was charged $10+. The employee said that it is $9.50+ in their computer. I told them they need to tell management they need to change prices on the menu board in drive thru. The two employees in the restaurant said that the prices change frequently so that was probably why the drive menu board hadn't changed. That is no excuse!! The employees didn't seem concern about the wrong price or even telling the management that the price was wrong.I have experience this same issue at this Jack in the box before.Please do business right!!

We it’s about9:45pm my wife orders two tacos, jumbo jack meal, and 7 jalapeño poppers then I wanted to order I asked for chicken teriyaki bowl attendant says we don’t have it then I said ok I’ll have a chicken fajita pita then he said we don’t have it we drive up to cashier he gives us our drink then I tell him I want to add a drink and I told him blue power aid then he said we dont have that then I tell him man everything i tried to order you have said we don’t have it then he says well we don’t have it we don’t have anything so I was very displeased with service today and this store suppose to be open 24 hours

So I ordered a jumbo jack on sourdough bread the bread was not toasted the meat looked like it was just sitting there not hot at all my son tacos were cold my husbands number six the meat was cold kinda seems like that gave me my order to get out the line fast nasty is all I can say go to a other jack in the box this one needs new workers that know how to cook right

Ok, 1st....don't have someone at the drive thru taking orders and coughing. 2nd she seem to have an attitude. 3rd...we see a young man scratching his head. No one is wearing a hat or a hair net. Food is warm.

every time I come here no one answers the drive threw. been multiple times where they just say they aren't serving food right now and if you do get to place an order it takes an insane amount of time to get your food employees are always slacking off are very rude and lazy Worst Jacc in the box ive ever been too

Terrible service employees are lazy and very rude. Seen them walk out multiple times to smoke in they're car and just decide to leave the store locked and unattended and not take anyone's orders. Everytime I come to the location there's an issue not sure how they stay in business

Do yourself a favor and go to another location. I had mobile orders and the worker wouldn’t even let me tell them the names so they could start working on them. After waiting 20 minutes to get to the window (it wasn’t even busy, there was one car in front of me), they finally took the names. Only then did they start working on my orders. The worker had to audacity to say they are “reaaaallly” behind…. Who’s orders are you working on?! We were asked to pull up to the parking spot. Ordered tacos - they were out of taco sauce so we asked for ranch. Here’s the real kicker, he had the customer behind me (who was at the window) give us ranch…….. what a joke!!TLDR: Do not come here
