I used to like this store but now once again 6 items on my list today four of them they do not carry it anymore. The shelves are empty quite often and unfortunately they just don't carry a very good selection anymore. Stop dropping items that people buy. Ever since you remodeled your stores this Missouri city Krogers has gone downhill

Why were you guys out of half of the stuff I usually get on my grocery store trip today (11/6/18, around 11:30)? No Jumbo eggs, no Starbucks Sumatra K-Cups, whole sections of Cheeto flavors missing, and more...and then only two lanes open for checking out...I’ve never been more disappointed in a shopping trip...

I am not one to normally complain on a social platform, but the new MC store layout is a walking disaster. Takes at least 50% more time to find items, if they are even on the shelf. Not sure who came up with layout, but it is very confusing without any consideration of flow. I've done corn mazes that are easier to navigate. And the old checkout lines look like a throwback from the 70s. If the objective was to drive away customers, congratulations, you've succeeded.
