I ordered at 904pm, received all the online updates, and went to pick up my crazy puffs at 930pm and was told I had to wait because they didn’t make the order. I was asked if I wanted a refund because they were cleaning in the back; however, the cashier said she would make them for me.

Having just 2 people working especially on the weekend is a recipe for disaster. I placed my order online and it had yet to start cooking nearly an hour later. Don’t try to call them because no one’s going to answer. I had walking in to get things moving and I wasn’t the only one waiting. Poor phone was ringing non stop my entire time there. The employees who helped me was very nice and got my order as quick as possible but it was an inconvenience to my day.

This location is horrible they never have Hot and ready’s. My husband was waiting for an hour and a half for two pizzas a large pepperoni and a large 3 meats. He even ordered bread sticks which when was cold when he bit into one, they told him they will make fresh one’s which was a lie because he waited for 20mins for nothing because the bread was still cold, he just ended telling them to refund his money. I don’t know who runs this location as far as management but they need to make changes and hire people that wants to really work. This ghetto location is unacceptable we paying money to feed our families and these damn kids playing in here… smh!!!!!
Avoid here like a plague. Bad customer service, always long lines in the drive thru. They are so slow and DONT care. Never have popular food items in stock(I suspect they are too lazy to make it). A huge waste of time. Sometimes dry pizza! I hate this location to the core.

Visit occurred on 03.08.2024.This particular needs an overhaul in professionalism and customer triage.There was no one to greet the customers who walked in for over 15 minutes. Employee that took orders for customers seemed overwhelmed, but was very rude to a few customers when asked about the wait times.This located did not look the cleanest vs others. This location should consider reviewing the experience at peak customer times to reduce the wait and also train their frontline on creating a positive and sound experience.

Service was terrible some young lady with glasses and a lot of make up was pretty rude had a bad attitude definitely shouldn't be working at the front register I would definitely keep her in the back until she did a refresher course on customer service probably won't be back there.Parking: Had cars parked on the lines which in turn made me have to park further down than normal
