I don't usually take the time to complain on here but this was by far the worst Chinese food I've ever had in my life. Fried rice tasted like oil and was hard like little pebbles. The sesame chicken had absolutely no flavor and the meat was seriously questionable and gray. Spring rolls were terrible and the rice paper was ripping open before I even touched them. I will never order from here again.

delivery guy threw my food to the ground as I was reaching for it. I asked why he do it and he pointed to the ground and said it’s there. I said again why you do that he said I didn’t see your hand but my WHOLE ARM was all the way out the door of my home & reaching for the bag and my door was wide open. So he kept walking to his car. I called the restaurant to speak with manager and file complaint. He wasn’t there. 5 mins after the call, the delivery guy kept calling my phone harassing me. I finally answered and he was going off on me about calling his job to file a complaint. I am UTTERLY disgusted!!! I’ve been a customer for YEARS! Sad to say after today I will no longer support this restaurant!

I vomited after I ate the sesame chicken! That was not chicken, it was a different animal. My husband went to the ER and they said he had food poisoning. We will never eat here again.

I ordered food through Uber Eats. The food was absolutely terrible. I ordered the Pad Thai and the noodles were, white, thick and over cooked. Hardly any veggies. Totally disappointing. I could only have a few bites. I also ordered the Shrimp with Vegetables and my husband was dissatisfied as well with his dish. I called to complain and they didn't apologize nor offered to comp our order. I'll never order from New Hunan again.
