Pizza crust was too dry ,no cheese. Less meat. Tasted very below average . I'm very dissapointed. They charged too.much for the kind of food. Please don't do this to yourcustomers .it's their hard earned money!!!!

Service is terrible!!! Food is bad they deliver cheese pizzas to you and put pepperonis on it and the pepperonis fall off but that's your 17 dollar pepperoni pizza .Also deliver your food to you without putting a seal on it possibly food tampering .They need some adults to run this location and not teenagers.

I highly recommend avoiding this Papa John’s. I ordered a pizza, was charged for it, yet the pizza never arrived. After calling the store and showing the order number, receipt AND credit card charge, the “manager” did not want to honor the order and did not make the pizza. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Do NOT go to this store.

My husband ordered two pizzas and only one got delivered. The payment went through for both pizzas on our credit card and both pizzas were confirmed on the app with an order number. When I called, the manager told me that they only had one pizza in their system. When I physically drove up there to show them that the charges went through and that we had an order number, she told me that she could not honor it and I would have to pay again for another pizza. Terrible customer service!! Choose another pizza establishment (Pepperonis is across the street) as we will be doing in the future!!!

So i went up there to get an order that was supposed to be delivered via doordash but didnt due to a mistake. I talked with maria over the phone and she agreed to meet with me to sort this out so i went up there and we talked it out and she agreed to make what i supposed to get for me… cool. I automatically noticed that the wings i was supposed to get were chicken nuggets with a drop of my wing sauce. Literally a drop. I wasnt tripping i was grateful i at least got some value for what i paid for. What pushed me off the edge is when i got home and looked at the pasta i also ordered, it looked like regular pasta right? no.. there was no pasta in the PASTA. She just baked cheese and threw very thickly sliced onions in my pasta. Don’t get on her bad side or she will skimp you any way she can. Peace

So I ordered a BBQ Papadia and Maria who is supposedly the store manager tells me ain’t nothing she can do because she made it herself and she is correct . I attached a photo and y’all tell me does that look like it has bbq on it. Not to mention it was cooked hard. So I was told to call tomorrow and speak to Jamie but instead I would rather get 20 family members and we stand in front n boycott this Papa Johns because her customer service was trash and the food she cooked was even worse. Fire Maria or Jamie because she laughed when I asked for her name.

0 STARS! It looks as though someone didn’t pick up their plain pepperoni pizza so they literally threw the topping on it & gave it to me. Everything fell off while picking up a slice. Horrible service & that’s probably why no customers were there and this was during lunch time.Just close this location already!

I ordered some pizzas for a birthday party and my credit card was charged $50 over the amount I was told over the phone. The manager was unpleasant, entitled, and unhelpful. This is a dishonest business that is ripping people off. They don't deserve to be serving the people of Sienna.
