I stopped by Pizza Hut at 7110 Hwy 6 Suite A, Missouri City, TX, and I must say, they genuinely knocked it out of the park with their service. From the moment I placed my order to the first bite, the experience was flawless.The pizza was piping hot, signaling it was fresh out of the oven – there's nothing quite like that steamy first glimpse of a perfectly baked pizza. But what really set this pizza apart was the extra hot honey sauce drizzled on top, adding a unique twist with just the right amount of sweet heat. A horrible experience, almost at the time of waiting for the delivery I called them and according to them I did not have any order for my cell phone, when I explained until the time to call the person yelled at me and hung up the phone, then I called customer service customer when my order had already arrived and that person also yelled at me and hung up on me insisting that they did not have my order even when I already had the order in my hand. I have the receipts with the call time and the record on my cell phone.

I've been seeing a lot of bad reviews for this place, but when I went there for myself it wasn't bad. The service was great and we had to wait 10 minutes minimum. The only complaint I have was the website took a while to order but when we ordered the pizza is inside it was great. Definitely recommend.

I ordered a pizza from Pizza hut and forgot to change the delivery time. I called immediately and asked to change the time. I was told the delivery would be held instead it sat outside for 30 minutes.

The worst service!! I ordered my pizza at 8:10pm and my estimated delivery was for 25 minutes. It is now 9:42 and it just arrived!!!! Cold!! I’ve called 5 times since 8:45 and am still on hold trying to reach a manager! The store doesn’t even answer!!!

A hole in the wall place in a small strip center. Service is horrible! They leave stand in the lobby for 10 to 15 minutes while you stand there looking a your pizza in the warming oven 4 ft away. Stupid! Had to whistle and loudly yell announcing I was there before anyone came to the front. Then the guy opened opened the warming oven door, pulled the box out that my pizza was in, turned around and handed it to me & said "Have a good day"! He then abruptly turned around & disappeared into the back room again! VERY POOR Customer Service!

I placed an order for a large pepperoni pizza for delivery with a $5 tip and never received the pizza...I called to ask about my order a male answer the phone rudly and processed to tell me my order was for carryout and before I was able to let him know I clicked no for contactless delivery he hangs the phone up in my face , tried calling back multiple times and no one answered...I think it's very unprofessional for one of your workers to handle paying customers this way I would like my full refund...I won't be ordering from you guys again ...

Never again! Surely there is someone that we can complain to and get this store shut down. A word of advice for any potential customers to this store. If you have a tendency to not believe the negative reviews on a restaurant and think you may have a better experience, think again. Look at the astonishing amount of 1 star reviews for this location and take it as a true representation of what to expect when buying here. Then there are these canned responses from the owner that says something to the effect of "we don't take these things lightly", surely you jest! I essentially gave away $14. There are other pizza hut stores in the area that are better than this one. I regret not taking pictures of the monstrosity that was supposed to be my dinner so that I could submit it to the corporate office survey that was emailed to me. I could go on for another hour on how disappointed I was with my experience here and will never EVER shop here again. You have been warned.

An employee at this location lied to pizza hut corporate behind a mistake HE made regarding my order. This employee at this location also left a completely unprofessional blatantly disrespectful voicemail on that said day. He then deleted my account with pizza hut and fabricated a lie against me (with corporate) to do so. As a corporation, you lost years worth of loyal business behind one location and one employee's false claims. My business and loyalty now goes to Domino's. Thank you for showing me what you stand for as a franchise and a corporation without even having the decency to verify any of the claims this store made against me.
