1:30ish pm Workers: I don't appreciate being served old chicken and charged almost $8 for snack 3-piece chicken (no sides, just chicken and dry biscuit). Also, feather bone still intact on wing. I will not be returning to this location. The drive thru line took too long for old chicken.

The manager (black lady) is extremely rude and creates a hostile work environment which is showing within the employees and lack of productivity.She’s also rude to the customers directly, and consistently talks down to employees in front of us.Horrible customer service, and terrible manager. I used to come here often but since she’s taken over the place the quality has decreased considerably.- Update: Got home and there were 4 wings in my 6 piece wing container, the order was corrected and the cashier Alan was nice guy.

Manager is absolutely horrible to the customers and the people who work there. She is disrespectful to them in front of all the customers. And likes to argue with you about how many sauces you can have meanwhile I have to check my order before I leave because ITS ALWAYS MISSING WINGS OR A BISCUIT. The stress she’s putting on the workers is showing. She treats them like worse than animals.

Last time going to this location. My orders are always wrong. I usually check before I leave but they got me again. I paid for 16 piece meal, got 12. Asked for all dark, got 4 white. To many kids work there playing around all the time. Managers constantly telling them to stop playing. Not a good place at all.

The drive-thru is extremely slow it's like they can't multitask you have to repeat your order 100 times because they're like talking to other people in Spanish they're not focused on what they're doing and they're not friendly or engaging at all.Parking: They have you wait but there's no place to wait when you're in drive-thru
