I arrived at this location in Sugar Land, Texas. This was my first encounter with this chain. I ordered chicken fingers combo. The staff was super delightful and very helpful. I did enjoy my meal. The chicken was moist, and the breading was top-notch. Yet, the flavor was bland. I was told prior that it was all about the canes sauce. I didn't mind the sauce. I will say that if you don't like the sauce, the chicken won't wow you. With the canes sauce, it definitely stood out. Excellent service, pretty good food if you like the sauce but only gave 4 for the atmosphere hence I did not go inside. It's definitely a place you should try.Note: I did wish they had more side items like mashed potatoes and macaroni.

I walked in, not many people, ordered the 3 piece combo and got it within 10 minutes. I took a bite of a chicken strip with cane sauce and was dying for more. I ate everything I had and it was delicious. Fries were as salty as can be, the bread was bread, the chicken was great, crispy but not dry, and personally I like sweet tea and a certain ice and canes had the type of ice I like and their sweet tea was actually good. Overall 4 stars.

The chicken strips shrunk in size considerably and were over cooked . They forgot to include the slaw and the FF were limp and soggy and we got half of what they used to give us in an order . Went thru drive through . This location has steadily been going downhill and we kept hoping but this was our last visit. With this economy where we’re paying more we sure don’t want a lot less and that’s what we been getting from this location. Do better!!!

The guy in tonight’s drive thru window is really rude, he handed me my food so rude and once I asked for hot sauce he pulled the bag back and threw in two hot sauces and handed me my food rude once again. Someone needs to address this worker .
