Listening is fundamental. Let’s have less of condescending attitude with customers and instead give them the chipper shipleys vibe. Donuts are okay here. I’d only recommend if you’re in dire need of a donut and they’re not accessible elsewhere.

If I could give a 0 that's exactly what it would be. First off the lady at the front has a bad attitude nasty I should say never Greet the customers and down right unfriendly. They don't use gloves by any means. Do yourselves a favor and drive to 1092 the ladies are very friendly and the doughnuts are fresh when you get them. Even the South main location the staff are very friendly. Missouri City location is horrible just like the other reviews have stated. Please count your money or you will be overcharged!

Customer service at this location is sub-par. Imagine standing in line for over 10 minutes and someone walks in. The older black lady (owner I assume) just to stops listening to you and begins making their order and serving them. It's cool you have regulars but they should have to wait in line like everyone else. It's rude and unprofessional. This happens NUMEROUS times. The only reason I come here is because it's close to my daughter's school otherwise I'd go down 90.

I purchased 1 cinnamon roll and 2 bavarian filled donuts needless to say neither had hardly any filling in them I won't be going back to this location. Also no one could decide on who would take my order inside. It was a waste of money and time.

I ordered half a dozen glazed & a cinnamon twist. They got the donuts off the tray. The donuts were warm, but cool enough that the icing didn't melt 2 bottom of the donuts. ( The Perfect temperature / cooling time ). Great job !!!! ??They should call their cinnamon twist just " The Twist " because I couldn't taste any cinnamon in or on like I used 2. " The Twist. " tasted like a twisted, glazed donut w/o any cinnamon. Would I come here again ? Yes, but I'll no longer order the " Twist "
