An absolute inconvenience every time I go there. As if these high gas prices won't bad enough, employees act like you can't pay for gas with both cash and card even though literally every other gas station I've been to has allowed me to do that. I also don't like that they suddenly decided they wanted to start charging more certain food items. I used to put up with the inconvenience of having to stop here because I could at least get a nice cheap breakfast on the way into work. But now what used to cost me maybe $5 out of my gas money now costs $10. I recommend just going to the gas station down the street from them.

I tried to buy some ice - gave the cashier a $20 bill. He asked me if I had a smaller bill or card since he was "running low on change". I said no I didn't, so he said he couldn't sell me the ice. There was another cashier on another register that apparently was closed, but he was able to give me 2 10s for the 20. The original cashier then processed the order and I looked in his cash bin - he had twenties, tens, fives and ones - PLENTY of bills to make change. So, this guy wanted me, the customer, to have to inconveniently go to another store to buy ice because it was more convenient or him. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This review is extremely important. What I experienced at this particular store must be addressed. Clear racial profiling can not be tolerated especially during these times in Houston. A man about 5'6 to 5'8 is making people of color very uncomfortable when entering and purchasing at this particular store. He is of Indian race with salty Gray and black hair and he is extremely rude, peeking at you walking back and forth behind a walkway that is placed behind the registers of the store indicating that he suspects that you are going to engage in some sort of criminal activity. Clearly in a way that you will draw your attention to him. I acknowledge my disapproved and disappointment in him on the way he was acting. So I openly Gave him my name. ( Gerald Williams Sr.)and made him aware that I will be reporting this. He took a pen to his hand and asked me my name again. I opened my wallet flip my Identification to him and told him to grab a piece of paper I will freely write my down for him or he can write for himself. This type of action is no joke. I have heard of this man before but never met him. He clearly has no respect or no regard of his actions. Although I wish for no-one to loose their employment especially in these times. I think he should be aware of how seriously these actions are, being he is in customer service. He has no idea of the power of the people he is encountering. He needs to learn to look beyond skin color because this will not be the only report of his actions. I know the mayor of Houston personally and he respects my responses to reports of this nature to prevent unnecessarily violence and protests in any area. Project this type of profiling to the wrong people and the outcome will not be favorable. To prevent this, we must educate the ignorant. To keep a safer community in which we could be proud of living and raising our children.

That bathroom was disgusting! No toilet paper trash to the brim and no soap in the dispenser. When I let the guy know he was less than apologetic about it, like he cared?

I have been reading these reviews, but I have not had the same experience at all. I love this little corner store. The employees are very reputable and knowledgeable. They do not seem like the typical "gas station" employees. I also think that the interior is well taken care of. As far as gas pumps, Ive never had one not work for me. Even their greasy gas station food isn't too shabby. We've eaten their breakfast food and egg rolls a few times. Overall, I recommend this place as a safe and clean gas station.

Worst Exxon ever. Half the pumps not working. Then payment at the pump for an AMEX asking for a pin. Go inside to make payment and they are lost. Clueless to the issues with no explanation. I called USAA and now issue nor a requirement for a PIN number which they stated as being odd for a at the pump purchase. Regardless I will never come here again. Also it took about 20mins to fill up 18 gallons in my car.

Restrooms smelt like raw sewage and drink coolers were nasty would recommend driving anywhere to a cleaner and more cared for convenience store.

Just moved to the area, such a convenient location I wish they would take my money for gas. Stopped and had a little dance with the pump regarding my card, having a chip, leave in, remove quickly, retry, etc. Talked to the cashier and she said they are having problems with the software, but I could pre-pay for set amount, get charged immediate, get refunded for what I didn't use 3 days later blah blah blah. Again, just sell me gas.

Slowest gas pumps you ever encountered. Has been like this for years with no change. Basically they dont give a crap Takes about 20 min to fill up suburban. Ridiculous

Dirty pumps and the last three times I went there, had to go inside for gas receipts. Customer service is way below average. One star for convenience and one for gas prices.
