Is the 2nd time I walk in after 7:00pm and they tell me that they are out off the Bowls base and granola. This is insane!!!

This is hands down the BEST Smoothie King that I've been to! They are customer oriented and they do some of the small things that other locations do not do- like asking cup preferences and whether you would prefer sweet or unsweetened fruit.The difference that the small things make is huge and they ALWAYS go the extra mile! I went to another location with a friend and suggested that she ask for unsweetened fruit and they did not even offer that as an option.The service is traditionally good as well, as they make good hires. And the wait is never long at all, even despite them making mobile orders.I can't remember a time that I waited for more than 3 or 4 minutes for my fresh smoothie. I really can't say enough great things about this location.

My drinks almost always comes out perfect. Few times it’s not right, but they either fix it or I just try something different. Accidents happen. The place is always clean and the service is fast.

ordered a smoothie with double the protein. The person preparing was holding the pitcher with all four fingers inside while at the same time touching everything including picking up some trash that was on floor. I also did not get the extra protein I paid for because she made way too much, which means the extra protein I paid for was in the pitcher still. Won’t be returning. As I see many others complain about this location .

I have no choice other than to let everyone know that this location has taken by far the steepest decline. I walk in and the employees are blasting rap music so loud that they can’t even understand my order. Also, it looks as if the place hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, there was literally an order of chicken wings on the ground! To top it off, I’m literally disgusted that I decided to drink my drink after seeing that the fruit looked rancid. What a poor decision as I’ve been throwing up for the last 12 hours. The place would be shut down if a health inspector were to walk in there.

Disappointed that I bought a smoothie online 11/18/23, and upon picking up my order, the place was closed. No note on the door or anything. I tried calling the phone, no answer, no answering service or option to leave a voice mail. Today is 11/20/23, I've tried calling twice with no answer to at least try to redeem my previous order! I would like to verify the place is actually open before I waste my time going up there again, and online continues to show the store open.Smoothie King Sienna

Pathetic that this place was closed at 2:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon when I could clearly see someone in the back. I had already placed my order and never received it after waiting over 20 minutes. Management and employees should be ashamed of themselves.Edit:I saw the employee who was working in the back come out and look me in the face before going back into the back to ignore the plethora of people waiting outside to order. There was no sign informing of closure outside and they happily scammed me out of my money.

Placed an order online. Went to pick it up and the employees staged a walkout. No way to get a refund. Corporate does not have a contact number. Clearly a mismanaged company. Spend your money elsewhere.

I’m not one to complain or leave reviews but this incident left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve never received worse service at a smoothie king than I have at this location. Upon entering a young strawberry blonde white girl working did not even acknowledge me as I walked in. Took my order, said not one word, and slid the receipt across the counter, then proceeded to make my açai bowl. I usually love the bowls, but this time it was watery and she had planted a huge glob of peanut butter on top, it looked just like it tasted, disgusting. I dumped out the bowl after a few bites, waste of $13.She seemed very angry for no reason, I could feel it radiating off of her. There were no other customers inside and didn’t seem busy. People like her shouldn’t be working around food. This was Aug 14th around 6:30pm. She needs to be retrained or replaced.

Came in after a workout, grabbed the gladiator. Front lady was kind enough to wait while I needed more time to decide a few options. I had great service! And the drink was also delicious :)

Love the smoothies try to get the weight mgmt. drink in chocolate or strawberry . Little expensives $9.20 for the 32ounces, but still tasty

Noted an 80¢ difference between the price on menu board for Mocha Delight and the price clerk pulled up on cash register, and when I called her out on it, she said the menu boards must be wrong because the cash register is always right! Needless to say, I didn’t buy anything, so I can’t tell you if it would have been any good; but, there’s a Starbucks not to far away, and it’s probably a much better bet for a $7 mocha…
