I'm not resident in the area, I went to visit a friend and stopped by to grab a shaken espresso around 2-3 p.m. on a Sunday. The appearing Caucasian old-lady cashier was talking to another old-lady customer when I walked in (two customers in total at the store). She acted as if I was invisible and continued her conversation for about another 2-3 mins. Finally another employee came out and took the order. Her conduct didn't affect my personal experience much, it's unwise to let "someone-like-her"'s arrogance make our wonderful life feel less pleasant. However, if I speculate her toxic intention and her arrogant character, that is, if it was because of the fact that I'm Asian, then it's unprofessional and not pro civilization and I feel obligated to write this review. It's unprofessional, and wasting customers' time when she's having a casual conversation while being paid to do her job. Starbucks certainly can't maintain it's standard by employing an employee with her working ethics at this particular location. I hope it doesn't happen a lot because after all Starbucks is a public company that value it's market in China very much.

My morning schedule has been crazy lately. I live in Downtown Houston and being out & about at 4am driving to Missouri City. I hardly have time to make my coffee and breakfast at home so I have been stopping by a the local Starbucks. I became a regular at the location and love the Friendly hospitality they provide there not just another Starbucks. I made it a habit to stop every morning to pick up my regular order I love the Friendly and cheerful environment they provide makes my mornings. Thank you ♥️If you haven’t already you should definitely stop by and check out this location for yourself if you are ever in the HWY 6 area.

Why does the employee find it reasonable to top off my cup of coffee with the next available brewed coffee when the Pike runs out? I did not request a splash of Verona with my Pike's Place request. Also, I know the warmer had turned off on the Verona, so adding old coffee to new is rude, too.

I visit this Starbucks as it is close to my home and business. The Baristas here are great and hard working. One in particular is to be singled out, Niko (sp?). She always has a smile on her face, has good conversation, is attentive when taking your order or making your drink. In all the time I have been coming here, she is amazing in that if she isn't doing one of the aforementioned things, she immediately picks up and starts cleaning. She is like the energizer bunny with a great attitude. I hope that Starbucks knows that they have some gems at this store. The last time I was here a few days ago, the cost for my one drink, a triple Venti Latte, was $6.98 before a tip! Sadly, I think I will be breaking this habit as the cost seems to be trending to the high end of my pain tolerance! Good store and good people.

Literally waited 18 minutes for 2 drinks with 1 other customer in front of me because the worker was too busy engaging in conversation and made someone else's order that came in 6 mins after me because she knew them. She also served another man when he walked in. This isn't the first time this has occurred with this lady and I'm over it. I shouldnt have to walk up to the counter like hey remember me to get my drink.Wait on your customers as they come in. Not by popularity. Pretty sure the woman that was there before me was still waiting on something when I left.
