never ordering from here again!! i ordered online & it’s clear they just put what they want on a sandwich. no bacon (that i payed extra for), no sauce, not toasted, no cheese & weird green stuff that i don’t even know what it is I DID NOT ORDER THAT! i don’t think it’s that hard to follow an order when the receipt is right in front of your face. DO BETTER!

Every time we come to this subway it is horrible , we have to genuinely go to the store even tho we order online just to make sure our order is done correctly , I usually don’t mind and I never complain , but this is like the 4th-5th time that we order from this location and it’s absolutely horrible, the workers are so unprofessional and act like their job is impossible, I get my sandwich ice cold , literally I wish I was lying , no sauce, no bacon which I added , and they added avocado instead which I did not ask for , not on it is it cold, dry, and nasty but not even the courtesy to heat up my sandwich? This is a 0/10 please do not go

I think there over charging, they put less meat then other subways, I asked for ranch, they gave me peppercorn ranch and proceeded to roll me it was regular ranch, they were out of coke at the fountain drinks, they were out of bottled coke, no apologies. Worst subway experience.

This is a smaller Subway, seating is limited and awkwardly set up. The majority of the tables will have other customers' butt in your face as you eat.The ingredients are decently fresh and the staff is average in friendliness. Plenty of parking available.

If I could have rated 0 I would..I didn’t even bother asking the lady name because honestly, I was with my Son and I just wanted to get him some food but it’s 9:30am I pull up to subway the doors are locked..mind you a big sign says open at 9am..I get almost to my car and I see her come out so I come back to the door..She all but rolled her eyes, came and I unlocked the door..didn’t open it or invite us in..you know just a proper greeting..when she gets to the back, she says the oven doesn’t work…I say ok..I didn’t ask for anything at that point so why would you even mention that..then she went on to say I only have white bread..I just felt like she was pushing me out..like I interrupted her..I just walked out…don’t like the service here at all..

Never did we think we'd catch a Karen in the wild. The woman in front of us was clearly having a bad day and was taking it out on the workers, Vanessa and Cindy. From what we could gather, the workers were both in a middle of a lunch rush with web orders back to back. Of course, that would mean service would go a little slower, but after many people witnessed the Karen, many people willingly waited as to say, "we're on the worker's side." Both workers handled it in such a great way. Better than I personally would have. I hope to continue seeing both of them in the future, even if there is a wait. Thank you to the owners who seems to give a chance to everyone to do their best.

Today 5/30/23,I went to the store on Texas Parkway around 6-6:15p and the store was closed?? I came back around a hour later still Subway was still closed, door locked. There’s usually an older blk lady there working by herself. Smiling and doing her best, thanking the customers for their patience. This is the only Subway in my neighborhood . This is very disappointing.
