I hope this finds the Owner of this establishment. Sir or ma'am I would give this store zero stars if I could. Yocelyn, who's in training, cursed me out, and the manager allowed it to happen. And didn't stop her behavior. I was in shock to see a manager allow this to happen. I hope that going forward, both ladies have better customer service. My concern was I came in on my 30 min lunch break, and Yocelyn was in the process of making two online Orders. Instead of helping Me since I was there in front of her she continued to make the orders ignoring me. When asked what I wanted I specifically told her a mini but she made a 6 inch so when it was time to pay a six inch was rung up. At this point her manager was in line making orders and threw my order out and proceeded with a mini. I asked the manager could she hurry because I was on a time crunch then yocelyn proceeded to curse at me, stating she was 16 and would whop my butt. I would have stayed to see that happen, but honesty, I was in shock of how the manager could allow this to happen. I asked her, and she just made excuses. My point is cursing at the customer in any case, especially of the customer didn't do that to you, is inappropriate, and is very ignorant/ghetto. I hope the owner sees the kind of ppl they are letting run their business.i am extremely afraid to go back to this store and will make sure I let my co workers know that the subway in Walmart down the street will have to do until ppl like Yocelyn and her Manager don't work there anymore.

The sandwiches are ok occasionally, but the management and employees are the worst. Totally disrespectful. I usually don't tolerate disrespect from NO ONE!

It's 8:28, and they started putting everything up and cleaning and not acknowledging that you exist horrible service, been here a couple of times and definitely not the first time they treat you like that

Came in the store to get a subway with the veggie patty and was told those were only reserved for online orders. ??? What??? This is not a franchise rule. If you need time to defrost bc you keep it all in the freezer just say that.

Very clean and organized location with a lot of interior seating. Friendly staff are patient with customers. Fully stocked ingredients. Proper working fountain drink machine, fresh iced tea and lemonade, and bottled drinks available.

I just visited there and the vegetables were as fresh as if they had just picked them from the garden. I was so shocked because I buy veggie subs all over town, and this Subway location had the best, most fresh selection. Their food area was so neat and clean, and the service was like you were in their home, and they were making it for you because you were a special guest.Truly, this is no exaggeration. They we're all positive and happy and helping each other and smiling and courteous.When I asked for extra peppers, they had no problem giving me a really generous amount. Their prices are excellent as well. I got a delicious, healthy veggie sub for under $5 and a pleasant store experience. It's incredible, and I was so happy. I've decided that this location is my new spot for veggie subs and salads. Thank you all so much!
