Went through the drive thru and got someone else's order for children. Didn't check until I got home because wasn't feeling well. Tried to call the location on University where I went but no listing. Called 3 others in area for no. and NONE answered the phone! Stopped by the one on University again a few days later to tell them and they remembered and laughed about it but offered no comp. When I asked the mgr to fix their mistake she acted as if I was crazy so I left before I got too heated without solving the issue. I was shocked and appalled that she offered no solution. All restaurants fix their mistakes one way or another, I usually refuse the kind offers and laugh it off but I feel it allows them to be more aware in the future. This place, no apology, nothing! Very sorry management! Oh, the kid at the drive thru was on a personal call the entire time as well. I tried to ask him something and was kind of made to feel like an idiot!

Horrible experience. The manager was very rude and non chalant. I ordered the fish sandwich and I took one bite and it was like rubber. I brought it back to the manager and she said nothing no apology or any concern AT ALL. I asked for a refund and she gave it to me and still she said nothing to me….. This is a horrible person to have as the Manager of such a large food chain. I will never comeback to this location ever. I will share my bad experience with other media platforms as well.

I was pleased with the speed, customer service and food during my lunch break. The cashier was quick to take my order and I received my food very quickly. The temperature of the food was hot and tasted as it should. My burger was visually appealing and had a good amount of toppings.The dining area was clean and ample seating was available. Quiet atmosphere to enjoy my lunch. The self-serve drink machine was in proper working order.
