The staff here all of them go above and beyond. The place is very clean and organized. However I did notice that there is no tip cup!? I was born in New Jersey and up there it's a custom to tip when provided good service. I like to keep practicing traditions in tipping for good service, unfortunately there is no tip cup. I think the employees here work hard and are probably compensated well . That still doesn't mean that gratuity shouldn't be accepted or at least an option to have a tip cup. Not looking to cause any controversy, just wanted to let the corporation know that these workers are the heartbeat of your business. Why not let the public that they serve provide a small financial blessing from time to time. In all honesty most corporations make billions from these workers hard effort. What's fair is fair. To the staff! Keep up the amazing job y'all do. Thank you , the food was great! ?

My cousin was visiting from Dubai and told him when in Texas , you have to indulge in a Whataburger. The Manager was taking our order and it was such a pleasant experience with humor when ordering. I told her that he was visiting from Dubai and she went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She made our order herself. The other staff members were so pleasant as well. I believe her name was Osi. I may have it wrong. Could see her interact with other customers with same energy and love. Came to our table later and had a nice short chat. A big shout out to her and her team at Store 990. I asked her what was store number.Thank you. Food was fresh and superbly tasty!

I have had various issues with this establishment. From rude workers and managers to poor food quality. I am highly disappointed in the service that is provided here, and I recommend visiting another location because eating here is a waste of time and money.

Ordered a chicken strips meal and they left out the fries. No unusual order modifications were made. This is about the 3rd time we've been disappointed with the drive thru ordering process at this location. The one star review isn't even taking into account the employee's service - it's the fact that they mess up our order every single time. Won't be coming back to this location anymore, the disappointment isn't worth it.

I placed an order for curbside and they didn’t put any ketchup in the order but the person who brought my food waited for me to check my bags and when I asked for some ketchup they brought it right out. Thank you for the good service!

They sent me to the “b lane” and finally a lady comes to my car training another employee (hasn’t spoken to me yet) then when she’s done talking to him she just looks at me…didn’t even ask me a question or greet me she definitely doesn’t need to be training anybody…it was the oddest experience I’ve ever had at a drive thru this is why I gotta stop eating fast food smh
